Starbucks - Menu

Open about 10% of the time and their order ahead is never available. Only Starbucks in Weymouth and it’s always closed for some reason always !!!

I really don't like the prices here but I guess that's all Starbucks, mostly. The location isn't that great either but they do with what they have. Good customer service.

This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order that should have been ready by the time I arrived, and when it finally came out, it was incorrect. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait any longer to get it fixed.

What happened to this Starbucks location? Used to be reliable and quality. In the last year it has become a complete disaster across the board. Inconsistent product, filthy store inside and out, closed half the time, price increases, always out of supplies. A shame.

I don’t really do reviews but went in today and the vibe was negative, no upbeat. No one in line but the employee making an order laughing with other co worker .. they took my order so fast that they didn’t even call my name because they never asked as I sat there for 10 mins waiting on my drink even though it was sitting there . No lines maybe only 3 customers in there. I’ll just stick to other Starbucks. Blaming the management not the employees View menu

Some of my daily routine to stop through this store. The servers are always so friendly and enlighten my day as they take time to greet me and my partner personally. It feels really authentic to go to a coffee shop and the employees know you with name and make sure you are satisfied with your order. Today, your server even managed to take the time and recognize us to pick up our mobile order, although incredibly busy packed with the rest of the customers in the store. Always happy to come back for this level of service!

This is truly disappointing. This Starbucks location has really declined. The minimum wait time is 20 minutes every day, and mobile ordering is inconsistently available. The popular flavors are rarely in stock, and when they are, they quickly sell out within two hours of opening. I don’t know what happened to this once-special place over the years, but there seems to be a completely new crew working, and it just doesn’t seem to function well. There are stacks of boxes everywhere, and deliveries are constant on the main floor. It used to be such a pleasant spot. Unfortunately, it’s just a complete disaster now. Something needs to change.

I order a coffee from here every single day and have been for the past year. WHY? I don 't know. Not only do they drastically raise prices, and make you wait 40 minutes for a terrible coffee (literally never consistent or at all what you ask for) but the morning crew shuts off Mobile ordering EVERY SINGLE MORNING and it never comes back on until the shifts change into afternoon. It is the only Starbucks on the APP that is constantly not available for order ahead. The first few times I thought maybe they have a lot to stock.. maybe they are just busy on the inside NOPE. 9/10 times I get there and there is nothing going on inside.
