"Has to be the most incompetent management. People were waiting 40 plus min for orders and instead of making orders as they came in, they would make all the coffees, then the cold brews then something else. By the time an entire order was ready, anythingordered hot was now cold. Plus every time you asked, you were told they would give you a refund if you wanted to leave, in otherwords, they were not going to make any effort to work with the customer?if you don?t like it, just leave. Even morefrustrating, was the fact that they were fully staffed. There was a huge staff working, but it was as if they didn?t know whatto do next. Unfortunately, lack of management meant chaos for the team. Please get some training in here!"
