Starbucks - Menu

The drive-thru is definitely the best option, and it's usually quite busy. The interior is clean, but it feels secondary to the drive-thru experience.

I discovered a foreign object in my caramel mocha frappe! Additionally, the tables weren't clean, and there were crumbs and debris all over the place!

In this small town, there have been quite a few disappointments. The drinks are flavorful, but rather sweet. The food, on the other hand, is excellent, so I would give it a rating of 3 out of 5. View menu

Incredibly inconsistent store for specialty drinks. Cold foam drinks will be half full of foam one day then have next to none another day. Whether or not you get a decent drink is like playing the lottery.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to by far. My milk was mixed up twice. I did not receive espresso in TWO drinks (the shaken espresso always has visible espresso at the bottom) and after arriving at work for the night realized I paid $6 for milk.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly. We tried to use the military discount, but the clerk let us know that it’s no longer offered. She explained that local management had pushed to keep the discount, but corporate made the final decision not to continue it. Usually we don't choose this Starbucks because it's far from where we live, but the other one on 10th was closed so we came here. Everyone was so incredibly nice our drinks tasted amazing. I ordered a tall but they accidentally gave me a venti and theysaid just keep it and it was only the price for a tall. They were so kind. Definitely going to be going there again. It's now myfavorite Starbucks in Great falls

They were so kind! I will definitely go back; it's now my favorite Starbucks in Great Falls.

I was turned away from the restaurant this morning because I attempted to pay with a $50 bill, but they were unable to give me $20 in change. The manager, Joel, informed me that the transaction was over. When I suggested they should keep enough change on hand, he rudely told me to "kick rocks." Looking back, I realize it was naive to expect a large corporation to be prepared and attentive to its customers' needs. I ended up going to Schultes instead, where I paid with the same $50 and even gave the nice lady my change as a tip, as she had no problem accepting my payment.
