"I'm writing this review because I'm really frustrated with my experience this morning at the drive-thru. The barista misprepared my coffee, and instead of admitting the mistake or remaking it, they opted to pour it over ice, which ruined my iced Americano that was originally made hot. The young lady told me I could keep the incorrect drink if I wanted, but then another employee quickly took it and poured it into a cup full of ice. It was one of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had—I couldn't even taste the vanilla I requested. Honestly, I would have preferred to go to Dunkin' if I knew it was going to be like this. Next time, if you've already thrown out the wrong drink, please don’t mislead customers by pretending you're making a new one. I could literally taste the deception in my cup. It was so unpleasant that I couldn't even finish it. If I hadn't been on my way to work, I would have turned around to complain."

"I visited the store at 254-21 Horace Harding Expy in NY today and came across a promotion called "Gifting on the Go." I found a cup in a basket that indicated it should be available at a discounted price of $8.40. However, when I brought it to the cashier, I was informed that I would have to pay the full price because the item was not part of the promotion. Unfortunately, the staff were a bit rude, and even after I pointed out the location of the product and the advertised price, they refused to honor the discount. "This Starbucks boasts the best location of any I've visited. It's situated right by the lake, complete with a lovely veranda. It's also a bit away from the highway, which adds to the charm. The staff is friendly, and the place isn't too crowded. I had a fantastic time! There’s plenty of parking available, a convenient drive-thru, and it's wheelchair accessible. I definitely plan to return more often. The staff there have such a relaxed vibe!"

"I really enjoy this place. One night, I worked on my laptop here for about 5-6 hours, and they never made me feel uncomfortable about it. The shift leader even encouraged the staff with, “We’ve still got 15 minutes!” and gave some updates afterward. I didn’t feel any pressure, so when it was time to leave, I could pack up easily and the staff closed the door behind me. I've never had any issues with my orders, though I think that’s because I can usually tell when something doesn’t taste quite right; often, it’s just my mood affecting it rather than the drink. The employees are friendly. I typically receive a warm welcome, though sometimes it’s just a smile. The woman handling the drive-thru has fantastic communication skills. Inside, the staff keeps their conversations at a respectful volume, making it easy to relax or get some work done. The place is always clean, including the bathroom."

"I visit Starbucks almost every day, and during this road trip, we've stopped at least three times a day. While returning to Florida from New York, we visited this particular Starbucks, and I have to say, it's the worst one I've ever been to. Normally, I'm not one to write reviews, but I can’t let this experience go unmentioned. My drink tasted completely different from what I usually expect. To make things worse, the bathroom was littered with trash, and the floor throughout the store was also messy. The garbage cans were overflowing, and surprisingly, there were six staff members on duty, though the place wasn’t busy at all. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the air reminiscent of rotten milk. I apologize for the negativity, but I felt compelled to share this. I just couldn’t let it slide. The large Olateo I ordered tasted like a pumpkin spice latte from October."

Instead, they preferred for customers to drive to the window, even in the rain, rather than allowing them inside as indicated by a sign on the door. "This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to! Their staff in the drive-through are always very cheerful, helpful, and willing to suggest different menu items if they are out of something or if you just don't know what to get. Their quality is also very consistent with what I order, and service is normally very quick and snappy. Only bad thing is that this store is in a very inconvenient location, especially when they are busy in the morning. The line can get long enough that it creeps out onto the right lane of Bluemont Avenue; you have to watch yourself when driving around that area because some people will just stop in the middle of the road waiting to get in line."

"Abril is an absolutely outstanding employee. It’s impressive how she suggests various drinks for customers who might be unsure of what they want or want to try something new. My partner and I frequent this place mainly because of the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff. Everyone there is incredibly sweet and welcoming, making it our favorite coffee spot in Eagan. Even when they’re busy, the staff remains calm, collected, and patient with every customer. "We visit this starbucks on the way to work almost every day. This is the quickest and most organized starbucks we have ever been to. Today we went inside because the driver thru line was so long. When we went in, we ordered and were told that the possystem was down. The crew of four was juggling all the cars in the drive thru line plus the handful of people inside, allwhile trying to lock the doors and inform other customers coming in that they were having technical issues. I'm sorry we didn'tget the names of the whole team but they were awesome!!! BEST STARBUCKS TEAM EVER!!!! We will definitely continue to frequentthis Starbucks. "I was turned away from the restaurant this morning because I attempted to pay with a $50 bill, but they were unable to give me $20 in change. The manager, Joel, informed me that the transaction was over. When I suggested they should keep enough change on hand, he rudely told me to "kick rocks." Looking back, I realize it was naive to expect a large corporation to be prepared and attentive to its customers' needs. I ended up going to Schultes instead, where I paid with the same $50 and even gave the nice lady my change as a tip, as she had no problem accepting my payment. "The drinks were perfectly made, but I'm giving this place three stars because the barista who took my drive-thru order was quite rude. I ordered a drink for my daughter without whipped cream and politely requested a flat lid. She responded with a condescending tone, saying that all drinks without whipped cream come with a flat lid, even though I've occasionally received a bubble lid when there's an overflow. When it was my turn to place my order, she let out a heavy sigh over the speaker. I nearly left right then and there. Usually, getting Starbucks is a highlight of my day, but not this time."
