Iced White Chocolate Mocha was not what I asked for. I asked for ice, they gave me no ice. They didnt put in the white chocolate sauce when its a Iced White Chocolate Mocha, how do you not put it in there. Second time this has happened.

Just stopped on the way thru got a white chocolate mocha and flat coffee with almond milk with honey and they both tasted like nothing … we order these all the time and they always taste delicious at other Starbucks ! So guess we’re out 12$ for 2 coffees didn’t have time to turn back……

I order from this location every morning. Yesterday I found an object in the bottom of my cup, before I had finished it. When I brought it to their attention, they apologized and put in a new order for me. It would have been nice for the manager, to whom I reported the concern, to have actually remade it instead of making me wait a second time. View menu

I was extremely impressed with this restaurant! I was not expecting the food to be amazing and thought it would be overly sweet and terrible, but it surpassed my expectations. I ordered the blueberry muffin and two cake pops, which were absolutely delicious. I also tried three of the iced teas, which were surprisingly excellent. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I was blown away by their food and service, and I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. They truly exceed expectations.

This Starbucks is one of thee best hands down. My wife and I normally order through the app for pick up and the other evening We chose to go through the Drive Thru. As I began to order my beverages the person taking my order goes “Is this Jaxs.” Barista Shania remembered our order. My wife and I just laughed. You’re always greeted here with warmth. The employees truly cater to you here. If your drink is a little off they’ll REMAKE IT with no problem. You just need to speak up. We will miss this location as we are headed for a new chapter in our lives.

my engaged and I were in Cortland,NY for a work for about 3 days and we go to dieucks on a daily basis and most days we go twice. it's really crazy, but our drinks aren't the easiest, so it's definitiw a hit or miss, so we have to make them new in the rule. when we needed them to rebuild in the Cortland business, ashlynn, who is a barista, would revive them and she made them absolutely perfect. she had learned our drinks after a few times, so we would go in and she started submitting our order. it was very impressive and she is good at her job. thank you ashlynn!
