Steak 'n Shake - Menu

I ordered a milkshake from The Shake Bar for the first time, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely delicious!

This restaurant is actually Steak and Shake. I was charged $10 for a milkshake that should have only cost $4, and they delivered the wrong flavor. This feels like a scam.

Everything was great. I hate that they changed the menu and took away table service and also the burgers were more steak house style burgers. Now it's just good smash burgers. I miss the shakes with real fruit, not syrup. Good but just not the same. View menu

The fool in a customer service was great, is a good place to bring your family and it’s kids friendly. It was also sanitized and people that was working. There were very helpful and very nice turn on the chair will come back again in another server anything else?

Food is good... When it eventually comes. No shakes seems like a pretty common occurrence here. Maybe just change the name to steak. 2 very disappointed little boys today. I worked here (not this location) as a kid and always loved the food but hated the job. Doesn 't seem like much has changed in 25 years unfortunately.

I went into this place without any expectations because the reviews weren't very good, but I was pleasantly surprised! The interior has the classic vibe of a 1950s burger joint, complete with a claw machine, and the food was quite delicious. I might try something different next time, though, since the garlic bread steak burger was a bit greasy, but to be fair, it's mentioned in the description. The service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be returning! View menu

I'm not going to ding this location with a bad review about the service, because it was acceptable considering the difficulty businesses are having with staffing. I would give this location a five star rating if I never tried the Butter Burger. Here is a basic description of the sandwich: Bottom Bun Tender Juicy Steak Burger Lettuce Tomato Big Glob of Cold Butter (advertised as melted butter) Top Bun Definitely a One Star Burger. My most recent visit was ok ...because I avoided being disappointed by NOT ordering a Butter Burger.

I placed a mobile order on 7/2/23 at 6:11pm. Once I arrived, there were cones blocking the drive thru so my boyfriend tried to go inside but the door was locked and an employee was standing outside and told him that they were short staffed so they are closed. I placed my order and never received it. There is no where on the app to get a refund and I am still highly upset about it so I am commenting here. Waste of money and time. Other apps such as Taco Bell give you instant refunds when problems as such occur. Will not be using the app again.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Steak N Shake and encountered what can only be described as a truly dreadful experience. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this would not be an enjoyable visit. The customer service was abysmal, filled with unprofessional behavior and a complete lack of regard for customers. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an employee who was not only smoking a cigarette but also seemed completely disinterested in attending to customers. The combination of inhaling second-hand smoke and being neglected by the staff was incredibly off-putting. It set the tone for what was about to become an increasingly frustrating encounter.
