"On a rainy day on a Saturday, I arrived in the evening and got sat down pretty quickly after greeting one of the hosts at the front desk. The interior design is pretty decorative, extremely pretty, and well-detailed. I cannot stop looking around because of how pretty the restaurant is.I am satisfied with my food. I ordered a sushi and sashimi meal, the fish is pretty fresh and I am a big fan of eating raw fish. I personally rate the raw fish and I can tell that it is fresh. I also ordered an alcoholic drink, it is a Berry Mojito, it is really good and fruity. I 'd definitely recommend it! We also ordered sushi rolls, Casa Casa Roll and Alaska Crab Roll, it tasted pretty okay. I really like the dessert, Brownie 'N ' Ice Cream, it tasted so much better if you combine it together. The service is absolutely great, and both hostess and waitress are very attentive.Overall, the food is a bit pricy but that 's okay, I still enjoyed eating there."

The service was fantastic, and their rolls are incredibly fresh and delicious. You must try the Pad Thai and the ginger salad too! I will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful experience at Sushi One. The service was excellent, and the outdoor atmosphere was inviting. The Crab Rangoon was the best I've ever had. I ordered the Thai basil chicken, and the vegetables were incredibly fresh and plentiful. We can’t wait to return!

SushiOne is under new ownership and now it is, hands down, THE BEST sushi place in the Triangle! Fish is super fresh and high quality, portions are plentiful, and presentation mouth watering. Service attentive and warm. Wonderful all around, way to go Sushi One!!! ?Food: 5/5 View menu

We hadn't visited Sushi One in a while, but when we returned and ordered our usual selections, everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is now under new management, and the new owner is incredibly nice. Our waitress was also very friendly. We will definitely be back soon.

I had an amazing experience at Sushi One. The food was not only delicious, but the service was outstanding as well. My server, I believe his name was Grant, was very polite and even shared some jokes, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it—10/10! Food rating: 5/5.

We thought there was food after one of the wine walks. The sushi here is some of the best I had in the Raleigh area. You even have one of my favorite roles that type packed in cucumber. It can be hard to find. The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is the fact that they were listed from most of the drinks on the cocktail menu. But the drinks they had available this day were great? View menu

I was informed that this place named Sushi One had a change of ownership. It was about time for me to visit this restaurant since I was approximately 5 minutes away. When I came in I was greeted cheerfully by Nam and Jason. I asked to be seated at theSushi bar where there were 2 Sushi Chefs offering me to try their Otoro Belly special. I accompanied it with a Dynamite Shrimp appetizers. I was one of the best combinations that I had for lunch at this location. Kudos to all, I'll be back again.

We have been eating at sushi one since they opened. The shrimp fried rice was delicious and the spicy chicken was more than you could eat. We ordered pick up 6 months or so ago and the shrimp fried rice was not eatable. It had a very strange taste. I called and they really didn’t care and seemed to not believe me.We decided to give them another chance last week. We did a pick up order. The prices have gone up and the portion sizes have decreased. They no longer give you a salad when you take out. The shrimp fried rice had a strange taste again. The spicy chicken portion was about half the size it use to be. We spent over $75 on shrimp fried rice, spicy chicken and three sushi rolls. We will...

"I've been to the new Irregardless twice now. Once for a rather disappointing late brunch and a second time for a fabulous welcome back to town dinner. Their prices have definitely risen to The point where I won't be able to visit as much as I used to (and they also don't know what Eastern versus Western BBQ is, but I won't hold that against them). They're very conscious about vegan options and the dishes are still as high quality as I remember them being under the old management. Disappointed not to see any Raleigh brewing on the draft menu but the drink menu was very good. I got the most expensive vegan option of course. A North Carolina BBQ prepared maitake mushroom on mashed potatoes with a gorgeous, perfect amount of broccoli. Now the fiction kitchen has an Eastern BBQ plate which I love So I was very surprised when it showed up with a ketchup/tomato-based sauce. It was delicious Even though it was a western NC style barbecue sauce. Haha (My mom got the salmon The time blackberry cheesecake was divine. I hope they keep that one around because I'm definitely coming back for another slice. I'm happy to report that the staff are excellent, warm, friendly, and professional. Our waitress was friendly and delighted to answer all of our questions since we hadn't been for dinner yet. Brunch, the music was a little loud and by the time we actually got a table they were out of everything we wanted to order which is a little disappointing and speaks to poor planning. We did get was small but delicious. Not sure I would try brunch again unless I was really hankering for their brunch specifically and if so I would get a reservation a week ahead of time. As a person who's gone to this specific restaurant for over 2/3 of their life, I'm just glad that it's still exists and is in such good hands. I just hope they read up a little bit more on barbecue in North Carolina. And make more vegan things"
