"If you are bored of the usual sushi and want to try a mix of oriental and western flavours, you must stop by this place a stone's throw from the Navigli. It is the reference point for celiacs. It is the first Gluten Free restaurant. Unconventional sushi, exotic dishes, Latin flavors and lots of beautiful music. The menu is à la carte I ordered: Exotic cevice with prawns; Salmon tartare, mango sauce, passion fruit and salmon roe; Wok ramen with red prawns and truffle; Very fresh sushi. The uramaki are excellent. Churrasco (diaphragm) with fried plantains; Sweet and sour chicken with rice on the side. For dessert: Mango and coconut ice cream mochi. Cocktails based on Japanese spirits: they are all worth trying. An experience so disappointing that I have no words. Pay double that of all you can eat to get food of almost the same quality, if not worse. I wonder how they are still open. 110 euros for little and bad food. We were looking for higher quality than all you can eat but it wasn't there. I have eaten in many Japanese restaurants, including Poporoya in Milan, quality not comparable. I wouldn't go back. Last evening, after hearing so much about Suschi Sound, my husband and I finally decided to go there. The experience was beyond expectations. The venue not only fascinates with its unique atmosphere, but also with the ambient music which completes the experience perfectly. The sushi was delicious and their revisited version of carbonara was extraordinary, expertly combining tradition and innovation in one memorable dish. The service was impeccable, with the staff and owner extremely welcoming and attentive. Also considering the excellent quality-price ratio, Suschi Sound is definitely a place to try for those looking for a special dinner in an elegant and refined environment. Highly recommen...

Last night, my wife and I finally decided to try Suschi Sound, a highly recommended sushi restaurant. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. We started with aperitifs based on Japanese spirits, which were truly excellent. We continued with some very fresh salmon tacos, followed by a delicious shrimp tempura. We concluded the dinner with an assortment of nigiri and uramaki, which proved to be a triumph of flavors. The venue is truly special, with a tasteful selection of music that created a very pleasant atmosphere. The value for money was excellent, the service impeccable, and both the staff and the owner were extremely kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Suschi Sound to anyon...

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
