Suzushii Sushi Grill

We always enjoy our visits to this restaurant. Our kids really like the bento box, and the sushi is quite tasty. The staff is friendly, and the food tastes fresh. We're happy they expanded the dining area, so there's usually no wait. Be sure to try the sushi sampler!

My small party of 3 was not allowed to dine-in because of an event happening later that evening. We were told that they were only taking to-go orders. We didn't want to take our food to-go. It was a Saturday night for cryin' out loud and we were already out and about. The restaurant was almost completely empty too! What a bummer!

We ordered the Sashimi Sampler, shrimp and vegetable tempura, Ann Roll, and the Ultimate Roll. Everything was prepared to perfection. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, with no fishy taste or smell. I've had sashimi and rolls at high-end restaurants, but none were as good as this. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. I will definitely be returning. I came here hoping for some delicious sushi. My entire group of friends and I were let down because it was NOT good. I eat a lot of sushi and to me this was probably one of the worst places I've had. In addition to not enjoying the sushi the establishment is really small and dated on the inside. Not sure how they manage on busy Friday and Saturday nights. I'm giving 2 stars because I did enjoy the calamari appetizer but not for anything else. I wouldnt waste my time on this place.

Suzushii Sushi Grill offers a wide menu with more than 30 sushi choices and daily lunch specials available from 11 AM to 3 PM (orders must be placed by 2:45 PM). Prices start as low as $6. The lunch specials are served Monday through Friday, and also on Saturdays. I keep coming back regularly—I hope to see you there soon! As of May 6, 2019, I heard that Sushizushi is transitioning to B N Sushi Grill, but the great news is that Chef Benny will remain at this location! Cheers to consistency!

Great sushi for a great price! Came in during lunch hour, they've expanded and have plenty of seating and a full bar! (not that I would drink during lunch hour or anything, shhh) we were seated immediately. The place was pretty busy but, they were fast and attentive. I ordered the lunch special 2 rolls. 1 California roll and 1 shrimp tempura, it also came with the house soup. It was $8 and I was super full. My husband ordered chicken teriyaki bento box it was more food then he could finish! They have excellent fried rice. Will definitely be back! View menu

The sashimi quality has greatly improved since my last visit, now featuring thicker, more flavorful fish slices in the bento box. I'm glad they've resolved whatever issues they were facing. Although prices have gone up a bit, it's completely reasonable! Suzushii Sushi Grill is definitely a cut above Akita Hibachi nearby, with the closest competition coming from Duncanville. My husband enjoys switching between the Green Curry Bowl and Tom Kha Gai, and we absolutely love dining here. We’re happy to wait for one of the three booths, which is our favorite spot, and we hope they add more booths in the future.

Small little sushi spot in Cedar Hill. I came here with some coworkers for lunch and we were seated quickly. This spot has A LOT of sushi options. Almost too many to choose from. They also have really good lunch deals. I was able to get two rolls a soup and drink for $8. I wasn't feeling to adventurous so I had a philly roll and a shrimp tempura roll with miso soup. This was my first time having miso soup and I wasnt a fan. The rolls though were GREAT and super fresh. Overall for $8 you can't get a better deal anywhere else. If this place was closer to me I would come often, since its so hard to find a good inexpensive sushi place.

I love sushi so I came here for the first time with some friends and we ordered: Baked salmon roll Raw rainbow roll Noodles I got to try them all so these are my thoughts: The baked salmon roll was tasty but not the best I've tried, the salmon was not as flavorful as I'd hope. I would not order it again. The raw rolls were thick, tasty and fresh The order of noodles came with A LOT of noodles. The noodles were too mushy. I actually did not like the texture and taste was ok. This restaurant is small and can get full fast, we were greeted nicely but our service was slow and not very friendly. The sushi is good but not the best I've tried. The prices are reasonable. View menu
