"This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The food was also terrible and not cooked properly. The management and staff were awful, showing racist behavior. I have never been treated so badly or experienced harassment in my life. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this."

"I should have read the reviews on door dash before I ordered!! The catfish was not cooked well didn't taste good. Door dash had hush puppies option, I got fried mushrooms instead couldn't even get a refund for something I can't eat didn't order. I see hush puppies aren't even on the menu that came with my order, maybe they need to update the door dash menu! I was expecting the fish to taste as great as the MTA Happy's location it was no where close! This location was no good."

"Maude 's Alabama BBQ is must eat at restaurant in the Flint metro! The wait to get to Maude 's is worth it! The wait for your order is worth it! The BBQ reflects the flavors and recipes of Alabama. The offerings are what you expect and hope to find at a good BBQ joint! The BBQ sauce is flavorful and barely tips toward the sweet sweet side of scale. It is delightful on the pulled pork, chicken, brisket, and ribes. The portions are filling. The side dishes are varied and tasty! My favorite sides are the baked beans and fried okra! They sell their own seasoning mixes for chicken and pork. They have homemade desserts. They have their Alabama "white sauce, as well for purchase.The restaurant is clean and brightly lit with several large windows. Note: they do not have a public restroom. The staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful!Maude 's is located on Davison Rd. just east of Dort Highway. They have a location in Lapeer, which has been opened for about one year.I will be going back many times!"

"My friend was personally victimized by the bartender tonight. He’s a gay man, and when he walked in, no one greeted him or offered to serve him. AT ALL. Others came in after and they were all waited on, but not him. Before he arrived, my other friend and I were waited on with great service, but once he arrived, we “disappeared”. Absolutely insane to me. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Went there on Sunday 09.10.2023 and noticed a group that was upset. They were asking for a refund. The skinny guy in the red shirt said uhhhh yeah one minute. They said NO, we waited for an hour and we want a refund now. You never even brought his food out. The worker slowly paid the customer his ten dollars and change. I should have walked out right then. But against my intuition I decided to order a Rhema Club to go and asked the worker to bring it out to my booth fifty foot from their front door at my booth for Bikes on The Bricks. He said no, we are short staffed. I said OK I will come back in and get pick it up. He said come back in fifteen minutes. This was at 12:11p.m. time of sale on my receipt. I ended up having a customer stop by my booth and had a second to go back inside this terrible business at 12:46p.m.. When I walked up the worker said he did not have my sandwich, someone must have taken it. I can just give you refund. I said no, I am hungry. It has been 35 minutes and you originally said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I will take the food please. He said he did not have it. I asked him why it was not waiting there behind the counter. He said because we are short staffed. He said someone took it. I said fine, I will take a refund. As he was fumbling through the computer I was asking him why it hasn 't been prepared yet. He said I can 't process your refund while you are talking. So I held my hand out and said give me the refund now. Then he threatened to call the police on me because they were unable to complete the order in a timely fashion. What a sham of a business. That little skinny kid in the red shirt and his silly little beard should be fired immediately. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and either work there themselves or close their illegal **** poor false restaurant. 0 stars terrible experience the worker is a coward."
