"Ok, there are many things wrong with this particular Taco Bell location. Here is just a few, my last visit I spent over 10 minutes waiting on the ordering speaker for service no one ever responded. I drove to the first window they were cracking jokes and didn’t even acknowledge me. After a few moments someone with nasty attitude came to window to ask if I had placed a order and said they couldn’t help me since I didn’t wait by the speaker, so I had to drive around to the ordering speaker. I said ok it must be a one time thing, came back days later same thing, long wait this time someone came to the speaker and handed me my order, to my surprise the order was the wrong one. Honestly corporate office should inspect this place and their policies! TERRIBLE SERVICE…One time shame on them 2 times shame on me!"

I placed my order through the Drive-through and when I got home the order was wrong.Shakira the manager was very rude and unprofessional. This should be embarrassing for the Taco Bell brand to have a so called manager like this.Very very disappointed !!!!!!

They stopped ordering from the worker while driving, although there is no one in front of you. They had 3 persons inside and 1 outside and said they were short staff, but my logic is. if they bring the 4th person into the interior and let us simply order in the window that would help.

The manager at this restaurant is incredibly rude and refuses to allow customers in even though it is only 8:45pm, one hour before their closing time of 10pm. She asks customers to leave without explanation and provides poor service. I will not be returning to Taco Bell and would not recommend it to others. View menu

It requires a special kind of employee to have a positive attitude that not only reflects well on themselves, but also on the company they work for. The two young ladies working at the drive-thru had exceptional attitudes. When I made a joke after placing my order, they asked if everything was correct. In jest, I replied that I couldn't read. Without missing a beat, they read back my order to me in a friendly tone. People like them enhance the dining experience, and being able to share a laugh with them is always a bonus!

So far everything is good. I order frequently from this location and most of the time it's good. But for some reason their drive thru has gone bad which takes time. During lunch time you will find a long line. To avoid all these better order ahead of time and pick it up inside. Giving it 3 stars because sometimes they had made an order without reading all the customization. They have never missed anything but they have made wrong orders and served wrong items so better check before u leave on your take out orders. One time they served me beef instead of beans in one of the burrito and complained about it but never heard anything from them.
