"I am extremely disappointed with my experience! While the food was great, the service quality was terrible and the cleanliness was appalling. I was never greeted upon arrival. I had to personally ask the cashier to come and clean my table because not a single table in the lobby was clean. None of the staff made any effort to smile or engage with the customers. As I’m finishing my meal, all the tables are still dirty, and there’s no sign of anyone coming to clean them. I’m surprised that the other customers haven’t mentioned anything, especially since there are more than four staff members present. The drive-thru was also unstaffed. The drink fountain had over four items out of order, leaving limited options. Next time I choose Taco Bell, I will definitely drive to a different location. To top it off, there was a customer sitting in the outdoor area with an open container of alcohol, which is not something other customers want to see."

They NEVER get your order right. Do not come here if you want to eat and not come back for a refund. I think they never have seasoned beef or chicken because it’s always missing.

We dined in placed order and 15 minutes went by and they never called us for our food. Until my oldest daughter went to ask . They said the order didn't show on screen. So we had to wait again

Got there at 11:45 pm says they don't close until 1am and tried to order. They told me they were closed. Bullcrap you're not closed you just don't want to serve me any food you are losing Taco Bell money. Lazy.

The food is really good I like it, it is just what I expected, the restaurant was close and they were just taking order through the drive thru, no signs at the door that they had only service at the drive thru, so it took me time to figure it out

Look, Taco Bell is not a luxurious cooking experience. It is comfort or munchies type of furnishings. If you have a strange cheeky appetite, you come here. The price is cheap. Food quality is good considering what you pay. If you think Mexican food, it's not the place. It's more Tex-Mex, but not really. And the whole toilet hates you after eating taco bell is just a meme. The food is okay, and you can get the runs or food poisoning also in the best restaurants. Don't hate when you try.
