Taco Bell - Menu

I usually have good experiences, but recently they have worsened every visit. Tonight I was riding thru line for over 15 minutes BEFORE 4 cars back up. And myself. To go somewhere else. Someone came out of the restaurant and complained and said people should go somewhere to eat. Dissapointed.

This is the slowest taco bell ever. I o ly get a 30 minute break and every time I come here I'm late going back to work because they would rather conversate with each other than actually prepare the food. Please talk to your staff to help them understand how portent it is to get the job done.

Didn’t receive the order I payed for, I paid for a nacho fry box and they sent me chips and cheese. As well as my orange juice they gave me a mango tea, which is very disappointing. The night shift needs to do better, even my burrito was poorly wrapped. Definitely wasn’t worth the money I spent! And I wasn’t notified of anything! View menu

I just got home and realized I should have checked the bag before leaving. I ordered a number three superior burrito with a Baja taco and was disappointed to find that I received three of everything else instead. This is frustrating, especially since I wanted to share a meal with my wife. Now I have to make the extra trip to Duncanville.

Don’t come at night. The workers cut you off as you’re ordering by saying “what’s else”. They messed up 3 times on my order while at the window. I literally was at the window for 15 minutes, and everytime I was handed my food I would check it and find something missing and give it back. Went thru this 3x’s. The staff have an attitude and hate their job. Please just do us all a favor and quit.

The service must improve. On Tuesday evening, 12-13-2022, at 1130am and drive thru line was supported and taken forever to get through them. When I finally got into the window, the female that worked the window never said thank you or a good day for me. Didn't tell me. She spoke, but she spoke to the other staff who were in the kitchen area about personal things in their lives. No focus on the drive thru and this is likely why it was first secured. View menu

The WORST Taco Bell ever! Tacos be squished and falling apart! They put too many Vegetables to where it falls off.. just messy! They need to do better! Mexican Pizza be stuck to the box. I had called up there to let them know, I was told to come back whenever once I got there the next day the Hispanic lady manager I spoke with had amnesia. She even wrote my name down and everything for when I came back.. to remake my full order.. but.. never could get the order.

I ordered the Mexican pizza combo, and it was incredibly disappointing. Typically, the Mexican pizza is my favorite dish from Taco Bell, but this location completely ruined my appetite and overall experience. It was overloaded with beans and devoid of any meat, and it was stuck to the bottom and top of the box, making it quite unappetizing. I also requested to have my crunchy tacos swapped for soft shells, which they did, but they forgot to include the sour cream that should have come with them. I won't be coming back to this place.

I really wish I could rate this location higher, but it feels like a gamble every time I order. Some days, my order is perfect; other days, everything is wrong, and I'm often too exhausted to go back and sort it out. As a result, I end up with no meal, just a waste. Being vegetarian and working long hours, Taco Bell is one of the few places I can go where I don't feel overwhelmed by fried food or empty calories. I appreciate that everyone is doing their best, but it’s truly disappointing to pay for a meal only to find that I can't eat it.
