"The food is usually good and accurate. The staff is busy working, However the systems in place suck at turning out orders with any speed. 6 drive through orders are processed before a single one from in the store. Ordered online 45 mins ago for a simple order and still waiting in the store right now. Only one woman on staff speaks or reads English so she’s the only one who can hand out orders from the names on the stickers. There’s always confusion behind her with the 4 people on the line, and everything just takes FOREVER. What is the point of ordering ahead when it’s STILL 45 mins to get a few tacos?!"

They have about 8-10 employees working but Fast Food takes 20-40 mins, always. Wages/Costs are double what they were a decade ago and the wait time is 4x-5x as long. I ordered through the drive-thru and immediately went inside to inform the manager. She told me that they are "human" and offered an apology, but it was not satisfactory. Taco Bell is definitely the go-to spot for delicious tacos. You really can't go wrong with their tacos. Plus, they're not too fatty, making them a good option for those trying to lose weight. I ordered online for in-store pickup. When I arrived a bit early, there were no cars in the drive-thru line. However, when I entered the store, the two girls behind the counter completely ignored me as they were busy looking at their cell phones. They never acknowledged my presence. Finally, when my food was ready, they placed it on the grab-and-go shelf, turned their backs to me, and went back to their phones. It was quite disappointing.
