"I understand that many restaurants are currently experiencing staffing issues, but it would be really helpful to have some signs on your doors informing walk-in customers that your lobby is closed. I placed a pick-up order through DoorDash today, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. No one answered the phone, and there were easily 15 cars waiting in the drive-thru. This isn’t very customer-friendly, especially for local employees like me who only have a 30-minute lunch break. Perhaps it would be better to pause food delivery services until staffing improves. It’s misleading to advertise pick-up orders when customers are left waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru."

Never come again. I ordered 6 tacos without beans and 6 tacos with beans I told specifically that we are vegetarian and still they put beaf ??.I asked the Manger who?s is more arrogant and attitude. This is my son's go-to restaurant after a football match. While some may have varying opinions about the place, our orders have always been accurate, and every staff member has been friendly from the moment we walk in until we leave. The hours have changed due to COVID and staffing issues, but I truly appreciate those who come to work. I’m sure they don’t hear "thank you" nearly enough. View menu

I'm a big fan of Taco Bell, so you can take my word for it when I say this place is fantastic! We stopped here twice on our trip from Tennessee to New York. On our way back, our dog made it clear he wanted to stop at this exit, and I was excited to find out it was the same Taco Bell! The staff here genuinely values online orders, which I really appreciate. My husband also mentioned that they've got the cleanest bathroom of any fast food restaurant he's ever been to.

We've been here a few times, and I swear, every time they manage to get at least one thing wrong with our orders. This last go round I somehow ended up with steak in my burrito instead of chicken, and my nacho fries came without cheese (which... isn'tthat like the whole point of them? , plus I think something is wrong with the soda machine because my drink had almost no colorand tasted like plain soda water. Friendly enough staff but absolutely ZERO attention to detail.
