"This Taco Bell was truly the worst experience we've ever had. We arrived around 6:20 PM, and the place was a mess. No one welcomed us, and we placed our order on the kiosk, which took an eternity to process. Throughout our visit, there was a lack of customer service, as no one acknowledged us. I mistakenly ordered something incorrect, and when I asked for assistance, the staff was extremely rude. My husband’s order required utensils, but they didn’t have any forks or tools to offer. The food itself was dreadful; everything tasted stale, as if it had been sitting under heat lamps for ages. The only items my kids enjoyed were the chips and cheese and the cheese roll-ups. When we asked for our drink cups, the staff was once again quite unfriendly. I would rate this experience a 10/10 for NOT recommending it, and I honestly won’t be returning to any Taco Bell anytime soon."

Every time I visit, they seem to forget something from my order. It's been a consistent issue. It almost feels deliberate. Plus, the food isn't great either—it's just disappointing overall!

It's not often that you find hot and fresh food at Taco Bell, but this location delivered on both. I appreciated the hot, fresh beans instead of the typical old, dry ones, and the taco shells were crisp with no signs of being stale. I didn't give it 5 stars because the floors inside were extremely slippery, making it feel like we were ice skating.

There are rarely good food served at this tacobell today. Tonight me and my mother went after work and order a nacho fry box,2 quesadia,2 sides of nacho frys and extra nacho sauce. The fresh were cold and the nacho sauce was cold and one was very clumpyand unpleasant to the eye. Be aware eating here, because they have no consideration about the customers they serve. View menu

I never complain and we eat here often. The manager did try to fix my order but it was so horrible that she wouldn't know without opening every item. My pizza and the other food had only beans, the burrito with no beans had only beans, the tacoshells are soggy. We spent over $40.00 and waited about 50 minutes after it's all done and said. I would rather have my moneyback as we aren't even eating most of it. First time ever to rate low. Nice front help though.
