"Beware of situations like this! I went out to grab a bite and chose this place to eat. While I was about to pay, an overweight man said that his mother had just passed away, and I offered my condolences. However, the payment machine started acting up. He began bending my card while trying to fix the amount, but ended up charging me extra and left my card greasy. Once I walked away, I noticed the overcharge and went back to inform him. He looked at me, gasped in disbelief, and then didn't address the issue for a while, so I decided to leave. Unfortunately, my food got cold while I waited, which really put a damper on my day."

It's an honest chicken burrito. Good flavor, well balanced. Hot sauce is spicy and flavorful.

They do breakfast burrito all day. The eggs are perfect and creamy and the homemade hashbrowns are sooo good. Sometimes they open early on Sundays, but only when the farmers market is going.

So good!!! Everything I've had is delicious. Portions are overly generous. Best salsa in town and service is always friendly. As a vegetarian I really do appreciate having several options and the fact that they don't use lard in the beans or rice.

Authentic Mexican street tacos that are truly delightful. The meat is incredibly tender, and every aspect is just right. Our group has gluten allergies, so the corn tortillas were a perfect option for us. I highly recommend this place, especially paired with beers from Trap Door Brewery. View menu

Literally the worst Mexican food I’ve had in Portland. I don’t know where all these good reviews are coming from, but my experience was the food took 30 minutes past the promised time to be ready and when I finally bit into my burrito it was terrible. There were partially thawed frozen carrots and broccoli in it, and the beans, rice, and guacamole all tasted “off”. I took three bites and had to throw it away. 0/5 would not recommend to anyone.

It took me some time to share this little gem with you all because you'll definitely see me here during my lunch breaks. This is by far the best taco truck I've ever come across in the Portland area. The meat is genuinely meat, not just fatty bits. What do I mean by that? Other food trucks tend to chop their meat into tiny pieces, mixing in the less desirable fatty parts, but just check out these pictures! The pieces here are a good size and absolutely delicious. Everything is quick and fresh. I highly recommend trying the tacos here!

"Boxcar Pizza does creative all vegan pizza done Detroit style. I am from NY and had plenty of pizza there in the day before I was vegan. Pizza and NY are synonymous. I would love to check out Screamer's Pizza in NY next time I am there.I have only had Detroit Pizza one other time and happened to be vegan. It was alright when I had it then. I have been to Detroit where the talented rapper Eminem is from. Detroit is where the pinball like running back legend Detroit Lion Barry Sanders played. Detroit is where I was in awe when I saw the Diego Rivera murals there. Detroit isn't known for it's pizza yet lately Detroit pizza seems to be getting popular.Detroit Pizza is like a cross between Sicilian and Chicago deep dish yet comes in a square with four slices. Boxcar Pizza was named best vegan pizza this past year in Veg News magazine so had great expectations coming here. Boxcar Pizza delivered! I went with the Viktor Vaughn pizza. The pizza came with mozzarella, cheddar, kale, red onions, ricotta, mama lil's peppers, and pesto. I got it with a side of red sauce for dipping which I recommend. The pizza was very tasty. Plenty of flavor. It was a bit rich and filling for plenty of vegan cheese was used. Perhaps a touch less vegan cheese and other pizza pies with more veggies would be nice. I like that this pizza had plenty of veggies on it. I just got this and was able to eat it all. Each pizza serves one to two depending on your appetite. If you come with a friend or spouse might be good to split one and order a Kale Caesar salad to share.Viktor Vaughn is the real name of Dr. Doom who happens to be the arch enemy of the Fantastic Four in the Marvel Comics. Viktor Vaughn is also a British rapper. There are many different kinds of pizza here and am so happy that a vegan pizza place delivers tasty vegan pizza. I hope they open up branches in other cities.Recommended!"
