"Taco Dan's is almost like something out of a dream. We found this randomly after working a festival in Thornville Ohio and drove 40 minutes just to have some margaritas and Tacos. As we walked up the old Victorian steps we were almost wondering if our hippie selves should walk inside. The moment we walked in the door our mouths dropped, our eyes as wide open as they could be, and immediately felt a wave of excitement, curiosity, and intrigue. We almost thought we walked into the wrong place and into someone's home. So comforting. We spoke with some locals as we marveled at the board and all the options to eat. We immediately felt at home as the owners welcome to us and started chatting with us at the bar. We ended up staying almost the entire afternoon, easily 6 hours. We shared stories, chatted with Barb and her son Sam, and bought plenty of vintage clothing from their selection. (They had some AMAZING vintage clothing) I literally would go to Granville, Ohio from Michigan just to visit Taco Dan's and spend a day with that family. Lovely place, lovely people, lovely atmosphere. Will be back!!"
