"My friends and I were looking forward to enjoying some good pub food, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. The restaurant itself is quite lovely, both inside and out, but the service left much to be desired. Our waitress seemed to be in a bad mood, which, while understandable, impacted her performance. After receiving our drinks, we waited 35 minutes just to place our order. When she finally approached our table, her greeting felt condescending, as she asked if we needed anything in a dismissive tone. Once we did order, our food arrived quickly, but unfortunately, it was cold. This was a huge letdown, not just in terms of the food but the overall service we received."
