They serve authentic Taiwanese stinky tofu pot. Other hot pots are great too if you’re afraid of the smell of stinky tofu. Definitely should try this one out when you’re in the twin cities.

Restaurant was cleaned and nice set up. Service was quick and food was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the miso base soup and all the trimmings. It was perfect made for the cold and chilly weather as such.

Such a fun and warm experience! The food was great. My friend got the Taiwanese pot and it was my favorite! I would highly suggest getting rice over noodles due to the portion difference as shown in the photo. I took one star off because the dumplings in the soup tasted sour. I liked it for the most part. Though I thought the hotpot was big enough for a total of two people. But instead it was only big enough for one person so we had to get two of our own. Highly recommend the Japanese Miso!! And also don’t get the vermicelli noodles. They only give you a very small proportion : . Get rice instead !! Customer service was alright. This was our first time trying Taiwanese food and we enjoyed them a lot! The food was super TASTY! Please don’t miss this place when you are around Dinkytown.It reminded me Chinese malatang 麻辣烫 , but it had more choices of pots/soups and allowed you to choose the spicy level. Newbie here- first time ever having hot pot of any kind/style. Not sure why havent tried sooner. Love concept of eating foods while piping hot. Ordered Taiwanese Supreme Spicy with side of udon at flaming spicy level. Broth seemed pretty spicy first few sips but oddly mellowed out while eating. Big fan of thin beef slices and sour mustard/veggies, not so much of seafood cuts (disclaimer: will eat but not seafood fan). Hotpot portion enough for two people. Didnt finish it all and still left pretty full. Service was good but felt prices were slightly high. May not go out of my way but def dont mind returning if in area..

I was very disappointed with the $18 hot pot at this restaurant, which was the most expensive hot pot I have ever encountered. Despite ordering something without seafood, I found that there was mostly fish in the hot pot, which I did not enjoy. However, my main issue was with the lack of communal and enjoyable aspects of traditional hot pot. There was no large bowl on the table for our noodles to cook together, and there was no sauce station. Making your own sauce is a big part of the hot pot experience, and without it, the meal felt incomplete. Additionally, everything in the hot pot was cooked except for my egg, which was disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised after finishing the Lamb Hot Soup as the portion size made it seem like it was meant for more than one person. Regardless, it was one of the best dishes I have ever had at a restaurant. That day, I was craving a meal as satisfying as beef, but not too heavy, and the portion size was just right. The white rice that accompanied the dish was also exceptional, with a unique and delicious taste when eaten with chopsticks after the soup.
