"This is a review of a typical diner. The host who seated us appeared unkempt and possibly homeless, while the server was lacking in personality and unfriendly, much like the overly salty food. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I would recommend giving this place a miss. The average price per person is between $30 and $50. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 2 out of 5."

"La Fontana Del Mare has dropped off from previous summers. Mussel appetizer had too many bad mussels, the crabs and spaghetti was low on crab, with too much flavor and undercooked pasta. My wife’s pasta, which was in a blush tasted “smoky” and also was over flavored. Also, the prices really jumped from last summer. I strongly suggest sitting in the covered patio vs inside, which was very noisy."

"This restaurant offers a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere. The menu features a variety of dishes, from nachos and pizza to seafood, all of which were excellent! For dinner, I had a great experience with the service, which was top-notch. I would say the total cost per person was around $50 to $100. Overall, I rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5."

"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"I visit this McDonald’s on a fairly regular basis since it’s so close to home. On August 25, 2023 I purchased a kids meal for my daughter and a Mc flurrry for myself. When I got home, my daughter hadn’t even finished her meal before she began throwing up. I threw away all of her food and called McDonald’s stating their food made her sick, (this was the first thing my daughter ate that day). They also made her food wrong (ordered a kid’s plain cheeseburger with ketchup and only got ketchup). They didn’t believe me that their food made her sick and when I spoke to a supervisor/manager they stated the best thing they could do was give me another cheeseburger because “That is the best thing I can think of”. So you think I’ll order another cheeseburger to get my child sick again? The best thing you could have done was given me a full refund. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s again.
