What a blast!!! Roulette was so much fun!! Games are cheap the dealers are so rad!!! The place is absolutely stunning it's so clean! Drinks are mad expensive tho! Overall, definitely 10/10 recommend!! There was a spot inside the casino with some great tacos and burgers! The appetizers were delicious!!

Okay. I have to share. I always come to the same bar where i know Lilliana will be. She is the martini queen! Very kind, sweet, beautiful girl. Her peach martinis with a Taheen salty rim.. Omg! They are incredible. So much so that I mentioned to her manager months ago. This should be on the menus so everyone else will KNOW, order and enjoy. And ya know what that means?.. longer stay and More gambling, Hint hint :VIEJAS managers It's not on the menu yet. But I highly recommend. :

On a positive note, the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, which is why I gave it 2 stars. Their excellent customer service made up for the hotel’s shortcomings. The restaurants also exhibited great service, enhancing the overall experience. However, the grab-and-go store staff did not provide the same level of service; they appeared disinterested in their work, which made for awkward interactions. It has been a min. since I have been to this casino, I was not a Yelper back in the day, its about 120 miles from Los Angeles Ca. This casino is in Alpine Ca they open their doors in Sept.13 1991 and is own by the Native American Kumeyaay Indian Tribe. The casino area is clean the worker are always and constantly picking up trash, pushing chairs plus checking on the guests, the food selection in very limited here, there are about three restaurant plus a coffee and cafe shop, there is a free complimentary soda and coffee section for all guests. There in a very nice hotel resort here, a bowling ally, a skating park and a nice outlet across the street from the casino. My experience here is not...

We recently went to Viejas and we stayed over. We had an unsatisfactory experience and did not fell valued as guests. There were no comps whatsoever. The only good thing about the experience was the steakhouse although at full price. The customer service reps asked for our membership number and guest info. I submitted the info and tried to give them input on the bad experience. They did not care to reach out or follow up. It fell on deaf ears and uncaring hearts. No response. Unless you're high platinum level, don't think they care and will not get back to you. We are now headed to Pechanga for my group birthday party next weekend. Our big group will stay 2 nights, eat at premium restaurants...

I come here twice a year for my aunts annual bus trips. I love this casino and the cleanliness that it has. It's not too far of a drive and they have so many good restaurants that are actually good and you get 10 percent off of you use your player card. The outlets are very nice located right across the street. They have eateries there and some good outlet stores that always have some insane deals. They have food over there as well and good treats. It's only a 5 minute walk if you decide to walk or you can get a ride from the shuttle offered from Viejas.
