"Tried this place 3 times over a few years every time I say I’ll never go back, but it’s a convenient location…well, I mean it this time. Food is below poor quality like frozen and reheated. Ordered three items to split and two came out. Not until we finished those two we were revisited by the waiter to ask if it was okay and asked where our second round of drinks and other item was. No “sorry,” no “would you still like it.” He came out 10 minutes after that (again, already done with our food 10 minutes ago) with the wrong item. Went back in to tell him, and said that the item I asked for was different than the one I ordered I had pointed to it on the menu it when ordering. I told him to just take it off. He went back in just took the item and put sauce on it, again not even made correctly or as menu stated, and gave it to us. I explained I said to just take it off (which he said okay to), and still brought it out without any acknowledgment of the conversation and still no apology. Please for the love of god take the extra time and go to the Coyote Flaco in Stanfordville. It’s like two different worlds. Stanfordville needs to come over and teach Hudson how it’s done."

"family-friendly! my little family loves this place. we go to lunch and sit in their beautiful escapade in the free. my small child can walk around and they even have a small push car we use to let him entertain. eating is delicious and drinks are good! overall one of my favorites."

"I highly recommend skipping Jackson’s and going anywhere else, the staff is extremely under prepared and rude, we had 6 adults and 2 chidren. When we arrived there was no one at the window, 2-3 people sitting at tables who had already ordered. While we were there we saw 10 or so people come and go, while witnessing other people experience the same issues we did. To start they were out of half the menu and instead of letting us know what they did have they just kept saying nope we don’t have that, finally we asked what do you have while laughing, but also kind of serious. Our total was $184 for sub par, cold food, with some completely burnt. They charge a 10% mandatory service charge- this might be fine if the food was better, the staff bettered trained, if they had a better attitude and took the time to keep the facility clean. The bathroom was disgusting and unusable. The sandwiches are $10.75-$16.50+, they are on the small side, just a bit larger then what would be considered a slider and they don’t come with fries.The spare ribs were so over cooked you couldn’t possibly eat them and they were nearly meatless. The pig must have been malnourished. We threw them away and didn’t even bother to address it after everything else. They gave us one side of bbq sauce to share. The kid taking our order missed several items and we ended up with less then we were even expecting. We did go back to the window for a bottle of water and a can of soda, the total of that purchase was $7.08, for a single bottle of water and a single 12 oz. can of soda. All the drinks were warm and unrefridgerated. When they served our food 35 minutes later we realized they missed items and had to argue to get a missing kids mac n cheese with fries. While walking over to give the kids mac n cheese and fry, the boy carrying the items ran into one of the girls and spilled half the fries on the ground. He stopped for a second, looked at the girl and continued walking to give me the fries. At this point we were already frustrated and I asked the kid if he was going to give us a new fry since you just spilled half on the ground, he responded by slamming the window in my face. We planned on getting ice cream afterwards, but we opted to go elsewhere for obvious reasons."
