"We drove past this place many times, and always said something about needing to try it. So, one Saturday we drove out there from Fairhope and had one of the best culinary surprises. Not only were the staff member very friendly and helpful, but the food was awesome. My wife swears that her chicken sandwich was one of the best that she's had and I thoroughly enjoyed my crawfish etoufee and my fried okra. This is definitely a place that we will continue to drive back to!"

"This is a bustling little spot with fantastic food and plenty of options. I've been here multiple times, and the country fried steak is truly amazing, along with the variety of side dishes. The meat and three selections, like meatloaf, are also excellent. The Texas BLT was very good, featuring perfectly cooked bacon—though the tomato could have been a bit riper. The Philly sandwich was outstanding, and the onion rings were great as well. I haven't tried the seafood yet, but I'm looking forward to it, as everything I've seen looks delicious. The service was quite swift, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality. One suggestion: someone should consider driving a few miles to Loxley Farm Market for better tomatoes!"

"The restaurant offers fantastic, rustic cooking. The food was full of flavor, and the service was excellent—my glass was never empty! The buffet had a wide variety of options. I ordered the fried pork chop, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, yams, fried okra, and blueberry cobbler, and every bite was incredible."

"Finally! We finally found great Mexican food around here. Actually, a waiter from another Mexican restaurant recommended this place to us. We went with one thing in mind: mole. They do have mole poblano, and it's actually some of the best mole I've ever had. I've ventured out a couple of times and had the chicken enchiladas with verde and a shrimp taco salad. Those were both fantastic, and they use fresh local seafood, but it's so hard to not order the mole. The service is always great and the prices are very reasonable. If you're tired of all of the mediocre Mexican food in Mobile and on the Eastern Shore, it's worth the drive to Robertsdale."

"My husband and I tried Ivey's for our anniversary dinner. It did not disappoint! I got the seafood crepes. I loved them! It was enough to bring home and have leftovers. They tasted great reheated. My husband got the glazed pork medallions with sweet potato cakes. They were delicious, as well! The service was fast and everyone was very polite and attentive to refilling drinks and getting around to the tables to see if we needed anything. We were in and out within an hour, even though it was a busy Saturday evening around 6 pm. We should have made a reservation, but they gave us a table anyway. Next time, we will call ahead. Thank you for a great experience! Keep up the good work. I am glad Robertsdale has a fine restaurant like Ivey's!"
