Valentine dinner. Service, food, environment were all excellent- made for a special evening. Upscale, friendly, convenient location. Our waitress, Nicole was exceptional; knowledgeable, attentive efficient. Our fist time; we WILL be back!

Inconsistent portion sizes. We had a party of 9 and some couldn't finish half of their meals and some were left still starving after the meal. All cocktails we tried were fantastic. the margarita is affordable and delicious. The service was also awesome.

We really enjoyed our first time at The Grill at Pinnacle Hills! Our waiter, Tyler, was very friendly and attentive. We were visiting from out of state and he very patiently answered all our questions about the area. I am giving this restaurant 3 stares solely based on the quality of the food. This food is pretty good; however, the service was significantly dismal. I have given this location multiple chances with something happening every visit. Our wait went from 20 to 65 minutes, the wait staff seemed significantly understaffed and were not very friendly. It’s unfortunate that there are so few brunch places with this one as closest option. I would recommend management staff change. This place is barely open enough hours for there to be staffing issues. Sunday Brunch should have adequate staff to help them out. Again, food is overall pretty good.

The Grill is perfect for a date night or quiet dinner with family and friends. When you walk in you will immediately notice its lovely atmosphere and creative layout. Low lighting, great spacing between tables and booths that provide a sense of privacy. We were seated in a booth next to another group and could not hear them. Our server (Kelsey) was attentive, polite, quick, and helpful. Fantastic service throughout our entire meal. The entrees are constructed beautifully both in recipe and presentation. Amazing service and wonderful atmosphere. Called ahead by about 10 mins because the restaurant we were meant to visit denied us a table. Despite the short notice we arrived to a beautiful table waiting for our group of 5 and promptly after being seated we received our happy hour selections! Two appetizers was more than enough food to share between us all and made us less hungry for the mains. The mains were timed well after finishing he starters and were all delish.
