"I was really excited to try The Holy Grind Coffee House and hoped to love it, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. When I mentioned to the lady at the counter that it was our first visit and asked for recommendations, I didn’t receive any. I told the cashier I usually get a chai latte but wanted to try something different, yet they started making the chai latte before I could change my mind. Also, despite requesting almond milk twice, I was given oat milk. The pastries seemed to be store-bought from Sam’s Club, which was a bit disappointing because I prefer to support local bakeries, though the cinnamon roll was genuinely tasty. What I truly enjoyed was the decor—beautiful, modern, cozy, and stylish. I really wanted to love this coffee house, but both my husband and I found the service to be distant, lacking the warm and welcoming vibe we usually get from local spots like Local Patriots. I hope your experience is better. Enjoy!"

I’ve never been to a cozier place! The coffee was amazing—affordable and exceptionally fresh. The scent of their medium roast welcomed me even before I took my first sip. I highly recommend visiting to unwind and savor some delicious coffee.

The ambiance is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly. There are various seating options, including high-top tables, couches, and bean bags. They also have an excellent range of sugar-free flavors! It's a great location with reliable Wi-Fi. We decided to come here because the Wi-Fi at work was down.

The Holy Grind Coffee House serves excellent coffee, though the prices are on the higher side. After a year of visits, I finally tried a bagel, only to find out I had to prepare it myself! That was surprising and highlighted the restaurant’s lack of customer service. Despite this, we'll continue coming back because my kids love the frozen drinks. However, I’ll probably stick to Dunkin’ for my coffee. The menu could definitely benefit from clearer information about what’s self-service.

I recently completed an Instacart order for The Holy Grind Coffee House, which included 12 gallons of milk, 12 half-and-half cartons, 12 Hershey’s chocolate syrups, and several other items. When I arrived, two men were working behind the counter, but neither offered to help unload the items from my car. After making four trips in and out, they simply stayed inside chatting and never even said goodbye or wished me a good day. Despite being a "Christian" coffee shop, they didn’t lift a finger to assist, and only left a $6 tip. Instacart shoppers, beware. And to those who support this place, I would reconsider.
