It was jam packed with tantalizingly tasty kale, cauliflower, sun dried tomatoes, bean sprouts, apples and green peps! Paired with the apple cider vinegarette- . I also scored some moon juice, which is the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, out of this world deliciousness! No meeting of the Kimchi Dude would be complete without walking away with some homemade Kimchi! I personally like to make a little stir-fry of Kimchi and rice, for a quick and easy meal."

I was lucky enough to be a winner of a salad. All of the ingredients fresh and the size of the salad is enough for 2 dinners and lunch for me and my family. I definately would reccomend to others.

KD brings a fresh new perspective to his menu and makes one of the best Kimchi's available. His fruit smoothies and other concoctions are always great and he puts care into each one. Looking forward to his future menu items.

im so happy that someone this passionate about natural food and healing is here in Scranton. If you love kombucha, kimchi, and natural drinks made from scratch (like moon juice), go to this guy. My favorite is the moon juice. It's like an almond milk with a twist. Absolutely amazing.

I also lo0ove the kimchi I had kimchi in the largest city's in America with 100 year old recipes but the kimchi dudes triumphans over them all....
