"I went there for the dim sum. Not impressed. The wrappers used are way too thick, resulting in a gelatinous mush in your mouth. When picked up with chopsticks, the filling of some of the dim sum dropped out of the wrapping .I was looking forward to some shumai and ordered two baskets right off the cuff. Big mistake. I received these big chunky balls of stiff filling...um ok... maybe the taste will be good...nope. Sorry to say, they were dreadful. I took one bite, chewed, and inconspicuously spit it into my napkin. It felt weird when we asked for the bill and the waiter came over to take the plates away, noticed that one piece of shumai had been removed from the basket of four and there remained also another untouched basket of shumai which would be sent to the trash bin.Maybe other items are totally awesome. However, I get the sense that the ingredients used are not top tier, and the preparation of the items is somewhat sloppy. A real bummer because they are located only a few blocks away. The sweet sesame balls were good."
