"I would suggest treating your customers with value and respect and you'll see a lot more success. You run a business, but you lack customer service. Everytime I see you, you are never happy. You don't interact with your customers, instead you greet them with an attitude as if you don't want to be bothered. You run a restaurant, yet you tell me that I can not dine inside. Although last time, I ate inside and you said nothing about it. I see why your place is always empty. You should be happy that you have a customer who wants to sit down and eat. You have one area that is closed off, everywhere else is open so if you don't want customers to dine in, why do you have the area open? You should just sell your furniture at this point because it's taking up space and maybe you will have enough money to pay your bills and you wonder why you have been having a hard time keeping your business going, it's because you don't value your customers. I would rather go somewhere where I am treated with respect and where my money is appreciated. I pray that you will change your attitude and realize that your customers are what keep your lights on, pay your bills and without them your business is nothing. You should read your reviews so you can see where you need to make improvements. Furthermore, If a customer who is paying requests for extra crispy chicken, you should follow their orders, you are not the one who has to eat the food! Things like that make customers not want to come back to your business. Take notes from China Dragon in Catonsville! See how their business is Succesful and prosperous be wuse they value their customers! And if you are worried about a customer making a small mess than you are in the wrong business. It's a restaurant, things like that do happen! Like is this a joke? And you wonder why! I will never spend my money here ever again. The food was not that great this time around anyway and the consistency is never the same. I came here because it was close by and also wanted to give you business but never again. I will be sticking to my original Chinese spot. You are rude."

"Impression #1: The place has a strong gambling atmosphere. The bar was bustling with patrons eagerly watching the Keno numbers on the screen, while the table next to us had four people completely engrossed in the Keno action, offering live commentary on the numbers, payouts, and sharing their past experiences throughout the night. Impression #2: New Rose feels like the authentic Chinese restaurants my family frequented when I was a kid, specifically the old Jade Garden located beneath the elevated tracks of the Jerome Avenue D Train in the Bronx. We ordered the PuPu Platter for two, which brought back memories of those days. It was an enormous assortment of golden-fried delights, including wings, chicken fingers, egg rolls, breaded shrimp, boneless ribs, and skewers of beef and chicken teriyaki, along with those standard yet predictable Crab Rangoons. At $22.95, it was an excellent value—we had half of it during the meal and saved the rest for later. So really, the PuPu for two is more like a PuPu for four, and if you're okay with indulging in all that fried goodness, you’ll end up with four servings for less than $7 each. We also ordered two cups of soup—my wife opted for the Won Ton at $3.50, while I had the classic Hot and Sour soup. The Hot and Sour broth was slightly thinner and less flavorful compared to some others, but it was still decent. It was meatless, yet the quality of the mushrooms and the delicate ribbons of soft tofu compensated nicely. Overall, it was quite tasty. Our server, Ann, was fantastic—very helpful and full of personality. The New Rose Garden boasts an extensive menu, featuring curries, Japanese appetizers, sushi, and sashimi. So, if you’re not a fan of deep-fried foods, you’ll find plenty of great options available."
