There was an impressive selection of meats, seafood, and additional ingredients to choose from. The servers were friendly and very attentive! I noticed a few complaints on Yelp claiming the food was 'bland.' As experienced hot pot enthusiasts, we believe this comes from a lack of patience. Make sure to let your ingredients cook for a little longer. Our crab legs absorbed the flavors beautifully when we gave them an extra minute or two, and the same went for my scallops. Just a friendly tip!"
