"My husband and I visited this establishment earlier today at 27 Chandler St. It 's with a conglomerate of other small businesses in the same building. The Sweet Whisk is located on the third floor. You can access it via a staircase, or an elevator.The staff is attentive, friendly, and willing to explain their goods.There 's a variety of sweets ranging from baked goods (cupcakes and creme brulee) to a wide variety of chocolates. Everything is brightly displayed and colorful.We ordered: 6pk of geometric heart bonbons Dark chocolate raspberry bar White chocolate peppermint bar Hot cinnamon macaronsThe 6pk of bonbons were prepacked heart shaped brightly colored chocolates in a variety of flavors. I tried the hot honey gf flavor. The chocolate is slightly bitter, thin and crisp encasing a creamy delectable sweet generously filled center with a strong honey flavor. I didn 't notice the hot flavor immediately, but it sneaks up in a 2nd pleasurable note. Very yummy.The dark chocolate raspberry bar is a very good quality slightly bitter dark chocolate with freeze dried flavorable raspberry bits a top. Delicious.The hot cinnamon macarons are very sweet, crisp and light, melt in your mouth macarons with a creamy frosting center. The cinnamon is very pronounced and spicy to taste.I haven 't tried the white chocolate peppermint bar or the other flavors of the bonbons quite yet, but based off the quality of the ones I did try, I 'm quite sure they 're just as delicious."

The raspberry licorice was absolutely incredible! The bonbons were rich in flavor and had a wonderfully smooth texture. This place is definitely a must-visit!

I ordered a specialty s'mores cake for my wife's birthday, and as always, Amanda did not disappoint. Without a doubt, her cakes are the best around. Thank you once again! Every dessert Amanda creates is simply top-notch.

I finally made it to the Sweet Whisk today. I asked the woman behind the counter what their specialty is and she said the bon bons, which I thought seemed pricey, but wanted to try. The owners are amazing here. Their attention to quality and detail is top notch. I have been coming here for years and is an official staple when I want to get someone a unique treat, along with a little something for myself sometimes. I even took a truffle class here which was very fun for me and the girlfriend.

During our day in Buffalo, we searched for a nearby bakery and discovered Sweet Whisk, which turned out to be fantastic. The cupcakes were a solid 9/10, while the brownies earned a perfect 10/10. The bon bons were beyond amazing. My personal favorites were the s'more and bourbon cream, but honestly, everything tasted so good I would rate it all a 12/10!

I am here visiting from Texas and was in the mood for something sweet. I had the crème brûlée and the loganberry cupcake. The crème brûlée was SO good, the toasting on top was perfectly browned and didn’t have the burnt flavor that sometimes comes with over toasting it; the Logan berry icing was flavorful and not to too sweet, the cupcake was moist and paired well with the icing. I can't even begin to describe how happy I am to finally have a place to get passion fruit treats from regularly!!! The passion fruit bon bons are easily the best bon bons I've ever put in my mouth, the passion fruit creme brulee is easily the best creme brulee I've ever eaten, the passion fruit caramel was perfect, and the passion fruit marshmallows we got to try were beyond heavenly. I am beyond thrilled that there are fellow passion fruit obsessed people in Buffalo making treats ???. Looking forward to taking a class in the future!!

You gotta try em! I ordered two flavors of bonbons and strawberry crunch truffles for a dessert table for a friend's shower and they were all so beautiful and delicious! Amanda was so easy to work with, making it easy for us to get colors that worked within our theme. Each piece was so wonderfully crafted I had to take everyone's word that the bonbons were good because they were gone before I got a chance to try them! We had mimosa (orange) and death by chocolate (green). Google might make your travels a little difficult because Chandler Street is closed but the main lot is off Grote and the building is easy to navigate. I also grabbed a cookie butter cupcake while I was picking up my order...
