"We ordered pizza from here tonight. As far as the pizza goes, it was fine. Crust a little dense, light on the cheese. The larger issue was they would not accept their own gift card. So things got a little weird. My girlfriend was the one to pick up the pizza and she was caught off guard and paid. When she got home and told me the issue, I called the restaurant back to try and discuss with the manager what the next steps would be to prove the gift card was real, I started the conversation with asking her name. She got very defensive and refused to answer. I then asked how long had she been working there, she refused again and hung up. So I will be calling the owners and seeing if they can help me. If not I will contact the Department of consumer protection. I will update if they choose to honor their own gift card."

Just moved out here from Charleston, Sc and have had legit pizza all over the East Coast, Ti Amo rivals it. The sauce has a nice ?za? to it. Definitely will be back

Such an amazing place to get authentic Italian food. I just went for Valentine's day and they had a special menu put together as a treat to Valentine's customers. They never disappoint!

AMAZING pizza!! I tried to not finish it all in one sitting but I just couldn't. The food was great, ingredients were fresh and service was lovely. I also loved their many homemade dessert options!

Amazing Italian food! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. If you're looking for authentic, fresh Italian food this is the place! The nicest people own the place and make your experience even better. Definitely recommend this to everyone! View menu

As always, delicious! The new management is doing a great job of keeping a warm and inviting atmosphere and the tasty food coming. How do they make that crust?!? And the burrata to die for! We always always ALWAYS get the Garlic Focaccia, because that is really the best!

Kind of a let down with all these glowing reviews. Wasn't terrible but definitely wasn't the best I've had locally, settebello for example. Definitely has a place in the community but I'll either make my own sourdough neopolitan pizza at home or drive a little further for way better.

After my pandemic induced pizza pilgrimage, which resulted in hundreds of homemade pizzas and then dozens of pizza restaurants, Ti Amo remains my favorite place for Italian pizza. The crust has a great structure and the ingredients are fresh. The service is always fun and friendly as well. But the last time we went, I tried two flavors of gelato: guava and pineapple. It was hands down the best gelato I've had outside of Italy! Love this place. View menu

I don't understand the hype about this place. Pizza was okay, the crust was undoubtedly the best part. However the service was terrible. Staff was rude and unyielding. We were not offered a drink menu. When we asked about removing the tomato sauce from a pizza we were told if we don't want tomato sauce to order something without tomato sauce. Server didn't check how our meal was and then we were charged more for our drinks than the price listed on the menu. I was hoping to fall in love with this local pizza shop, but will continue to look elsewhere.

The pizza gets better with every bite. And I usually can't say that about pizza, even though it's probably my favorite food and I've had it from hundreds of different places around the world. I would say this is as Italian as it gets if you're living in Utah. And that's a good thing. And for those who are a little less adventurous, they have all of the American options as well. But they have six to seven specialty pizza items on their menu that are basically directly from Italy, with real Italian ingredients as well. The host, who I believe must also own the place as well, was incredibly helpful, authentic Italian (he said he's lived in Utah for 9 years and he ran a restaurant in Italy his w...

"I had the misfortune of dining at this establishment recently, and it was an experience I'll be eager to forget. Upon arrival, we checked in with the hostess at 7:30 pm for a party of three. Despite our timely check-in, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, which we accepted. Meanwhile, another couple who arrived before us, seemingly distracted by their phones, requested a table after us. During my brief trip to the bathroom, I noticed a disturbing sight: numerous tables cluttered with used plates and cups, and the restaurant's dining area was far from full—only a third of the tables were occupied. When I returned, the couple who had arrived after us was already being seated. I attempted to address the issue with the hostess, but she was busy chatting with a friend in front of the podium. After waiting for her to finish, I inquired about the seating discrepancy, only to be met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The hostess, a larger woman with an unpleasant demeanor, insisted that the other guests had checked in before us, despite the clear discrepancy in timing. Her continued rudeness ultimately prompted us to leave. The behavior of the front house staff was entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant's commitment to customer service. The disorganization and lack of professionalism exhibited here are reasons enough to avoid this place."
