"I had dinner at Tomat last night with a friend, and I can't wait to return. We enjoyed our meal on the dog-friendly rooftop, which was a plus. There's plenty of free parking available in the lot where the restaurant is located. We ordered several dishes, and everything was solid, but a few really stood out, like the charred zucchini and tuna tostada — both of which I would definitely order again for their uniqueness! I appreciate that the menu changes with the seasons; the nectarine, long bean, and beet salad was also exceptional! We tried martinis and Negronis, and both drinks were strong and well-crafted. However, we weren't fans of the chimichurri steak on bread and the tuna tomato carpaccio; I would have liked more steak on the bread.
