"I had dinner at Tomat last night with a friend, and I can't wait to return. We enjoyed our meal on the dog-friendly rooftop, which was a plus. There's plenty of free parking available in the lot where the restaurant is located. We ordered several dishes, and everything was solid, but a few really stood out, like the charred zucchini and tuna tostada — both of which I would definitely order again for their uniqueness! I appreciate that the menu changes with the seasons; the nectarine, long bean, and beet salad was also exceptional! We tried martinis and Negronis, and both drinks were strong and well-crafted. However, we weren't fans of the chimichurri steak on bread and the tuna tomato carpaccio; I would have liked more steak on the bread. The service was excellent, and we felt well taken care of on the rooftop. I'm looking forward to my next visit! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

Delicious flavors and vibrant energy, with a few suggestions for enhancement. What we really enjoyed: The rooftop cocktails were sophisticated and perfectly balanced, and every dish was well-seasoned, showcasing high-quality ingredients. Our favorites included the black cod with curry sauce and the tomato butter served with bread. The lively dining area contributed to the experience, and it was a pleasure to watch the chefs in action. Areas for improvement: Some portions felt a bit small for the price, particularly the duck, which was presented with two main pieces and a tamale/dolma preparation that didn't quite appeal to us. Additionally, a few vegetables, such as zucchini and long beans,...

What a gem! Tomat is a delightful small eatery offering unique and flavorful dishes that cater to everyone. The combination of flavors and textures is exceptional! They also have vegan and vegetarian options available. And don't miss the bread; it's absolutely worth every bite—be sure to take some home for French toast in the morning! Prices are moderate by LA standards. We dined indoors, which can get a bit noisy, so we plan to try the outdoor rooftop patio next time! The service, from the hostess to the servers, was outstanding. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food that’s worth every penny! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Recomm...

"I never leave bad reviews when I can help, but from our experience last night I only had to say for dinner as a whole was so disappointing, the least and after the output it was just a complete bill. if they come here for a nice dinner, they have great food or steaks please skip. go somewhere else food: we ordered the oysters, lobster bisque, bread basket (the btw is) and the tomahawk steak with sides. the entire meal was nothing special, characterized by the fact that even though our server always say that its just come out of the often his hot we have the broth basket roomtemp and the lobster bisque as a think. none of them were served hot. I give these stars only because of the tomahawk steak in the middle well, it was delicious. it was a hope that it would be good, right? we ordered the familiar and the brussels sprouts, but it came out, served on small dust sacks. small portions. a little taste. Note: they no longer serve the special measurable and sauce for any steak order. bummer ambiance service: la boucherie is on the floor of the hotel so that the prospects in the night are amazing. server were nice and polite. they were attentive and very professional. everything in all, if I can turn back the time, I wouldn't be here at all. the evening has lost its elegance and prices do not justify the disappointing food. I hope they can fix this and bring back the old la boucherie charme and aromen."
