Ordered online and they gave us regular sandwich bread instead of the torta bread without notice. Very disappointed

I order a torta de pollo and the flavor was greatespecially with their sauce and their orange juice is fresh straight from the fruit

It's just not good. I've been there more than once and the meat is always stringy and not very tasteful. Great presentation online but that's about it.

If you're craving a torta, definitely swing by and give this place a try! The Cubano is fantastic, and their juices are all freshly made to order. Food: 5/5 View menu

Incredible tortas! The staff is friendly and attentive! We ordered the Hawaiian torta and the pork leg torta, along with a diet soda and a vampiro. Everything was made fresh to order! It's a charming little spot! Food: 5/5

for the first time there. I wanted to try everything. they recommend their best seller, the cubano is good with extra jalapeños. it is their version, as it had no pickles. I recommend the place to family and friends. enjoys!

Went there for the first time. Wanted to try everything. They suggest their best seller, the Cubano is good with extra jalapeños. It is their version since it did not have pickles. I recommend the place to family and friends. Enjoy! View menu

The food was good, I liked the Hawaiian torta. The waters are freshly made, I got a watermelon one. It was great. The dessert was good too (strawberries and cream). Only thing was that they asked if we wanted granola and nuts but didn?t tell us it was anextra charge.

This place is disgusting! My family and I all ordered different tortas and they were all salty. It seemed that all we were eating was salt. The place is dirty, the aguas frescas were watered down and flavorless. You have to ask for napkins and they give one per person. This place is unorganized, chaotic, and workers are rude.

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
