"This is an incredible dim sum restaurant on the Upper East Side that truly embodies the spirit of dim sum right on Channel Street. The ambiance is luxurious, and the decor is gorgeous—everything is truly remarkable. We enjoyed a diverse selection of dumplings from the menu, and each one was a delight. The place was lively with families, which contributed to the energetic atmosphere. We started with the lobster in lobster sauce as an appetizer, and it was fantastic! The sea bass was generous enough to share with my entire table, and the sauce was exquisite. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the dim sum offerings!"

My meal here was amazing! Everything was on point, the food was fresh and tasty! I recommend the dim sum dishes and their fried shrimp with xo sauce.

Great place with yummy food and friendly service. The scallion pancakes and spring rolls were crispy and delicious. The general tso's tofu had great sauce and the tofu had a good crisp, but the actual tofu needed more seasoning.

My wife thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian delight, and I thought the noodle dishes were some of the best I’ve ever had, especially given the reasonable prices. Most importantly, the delivery was exactly as requested, with great packaging that really elevated the meal. View menu

The food was outstanding! It made for a delightful Christmas meal. Everything was served hot, and we even ordered an extra portion of the Shanghai Steamed Pork Juicy Dumplings, which are the best soup dumplings I’ve ever had. I would have enjoyed a bit more sauce on the General Tso's Chicken, but it was still incredibly delicious.

Very pleasant Dim sum restaurant for lunch and dinner. The selection of dim sum dishes is very wide, the dishes are served quickly as usual in dim sum restaurants should preform. If you do not have the strength to travel all the way to Chinatown then this is a great place in UES Manhattan to enjoy authentic Chinese food at reasonable prices.

I had an amazing dinner to-go! We placed our order using the ChowNow app, and everything was ready right on time and steaming hot! The pickup process was remarkably well-organized, and the food was not only delicious but also tasted incredibly fresh. We savored the Kung Pao chicken, Moo Shu pork, cold sesame noodles, and beautifully presented sushi. I couldn't be more pleased! View menu

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. It's often difficult to find a great dim sum place in Manhattan, and although this might not measure up to what you find in Flushing or Chinatown, it was a treat to enjoy amazing soup dumplings without the hassle of traveling to those neighborhoods. The waitstaff was attentive and very efficient, making sure everything ran smoothly. Our dishes arrived perfectly prepared, and we were able to savor our meal at a relaxed pace without feeling hurried. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

My boyfriend and I dined at this restaurant after catching the 10:30 AM showing of Avengers: Endgame, and it was exactly what we needed! Our server recommended the crispy beef, fried rice, soup dumplings, prawns, and scallops, all of which were amazing. The highlight of the meal was definitely the crispy beef—it was full of flavor and had the perfect crunch! We also tried the Peking crispy duck roll and BBQ ribs. The duck roll was generous enough to share and was packed with rich duck flavor. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and I particularly loved my cocktail!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
