I received the best service I've experienced in years at this location. I had to stop visiting for a while due to poor customer service. However, thanks to the manager and her team, I was delighted for two consecutive days. Thank you, Lele!

Smoothies are good but the only food i tried was burned. Ordered the kid’s quesadilla and got this grilled cheese. Already left by the time i opened it. Will be back for the smoothies bc my daughter likes them but will try something else for the food.

This location is clean, Kay and Bianca are phenomenal. They always greet you with a smile and super friendly, not to mention they make the best smoothies “EVER”, each visit to this location has been nothing short of perfect, fantastic service and yummy smoothies. These ladies rock, great teamwork! Keep up the good work, I will definitely be back.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They added items to my order and charged me for things I didn't buy. When I noticed the extra charge, I called and spoke with the manager, Cyrus. He was friendly and courteous, but unfortunately, he couldn't help me with a refund. It seems like the management at this location isn't equipped to handle customer complaints or satisfaction issues effectively. It's disappointing that a simple refund will require corporate involvement—it shouldn't be this complicated.

I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money at this place. The smoothie I had was the worst I've ever experienced. After just five sips, I ended up throwing it away. Honestly, I could have added a Jolly Rancher to a gallon of water and achieved a similar flavor. I ordered a 24 oz Blimey Limey smoothie, but the employee packed the blender with so much ice and water—clearly cheap ingredients—that there was enough leftover to fill my order and still have at least a 12 oz cup left over. The result was a smoothie that was so diluted it lacked any real flavor. I could barely taste the lime in the Blimey Limey.
