What a charming little restaurant! Every dish we tried, including the pad Thai, pad see ew, garlic and pepper chicken, and red curry, was simply fantastic. The staff were incredibly gracious, especially since we arrived just 30 minutes before closing. Our food was served quickly and piping hot, and we were able to finish up before closing time. If you're in Minot, this is definitely a restaurant you should check out! The prices are great too.

This small restaurant is a must if you are in Minot, ND. We loved everything. The service was impeccable and the place was very clean. We ordered steamed dumplings, deep fried spicy tuna sushi (which was phenomenal), pineapple fried rice and pork in chili garlic sauce. Everything was huge. Our server was fast, knowledgeable and funny. The pink atmosphere was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Try Thai. We loved that they had pictures of each article on the menu. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but this one deserves a scream. We were nearby and were looking for some food back to the hotel room. I love my Thai food, and to be honest, I didn't expect much for a small town Thai restaurant, but we were very impressed. First, the service was great. It was fast, and the man in front was very friendly. We ordered the pad Thai and the pad see ew. They had both tons of taste, and only the correct amount of spice (you can choose your level of spicy). The portions are on the smaller side (for a Thai restaurant), but that only means that you have space to add an appetizer. I will be sure to order next time I am in Minot!

We often tried to try Thai. Yesterday we decided to follow us and were delighted with our decision. We couldn't decide exactly what we wanted, so we tried 1 roasted rice, 1 salmon sushi roll, spring rolls and 3 ducks. Everything was great! We had our own mini buffet and tried everything. The taste and the desired spice level were on the spot. My family wasn't in the mood, so we called. I came over the promised time and the food was bagged and ready, but still nice and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful and my short look around showed that everything looked neat and clean. We highly recommend this restaurant and supplement our list of date night elections.

With the raving reviews, I’ve been dying to try this place and I was happy to! Pad Thai is very authentic and tasty and Thai basil chicken was good as well. The hubby got this “pad Thai fried rice” which is their version of some fusion dish but I wasn’t crazy about it. I like the pad Thai seasoning on the noodles because the rice soaks up too much of everything like the oil and the rest of the seasoning so it becomes like a saucy glob of rice. But if you’re into that go give it a try! I’ll definitely be back to try other items. The hubby went there for the salad roll but they were out of it.
