"Yes me and my wife and 8 year old were in there and I generally don't give a bad review unless it's earned! so we ordered two subs and French fries we never recieved the fries and the subs had very little meat on them and when my wife had called up the manager got really defensive with us and wouldn't correct the issue!!sad really when im trying to support a buisness during these difficult times!all the gentleman had to do is correct it he did acknowledge the fries but that was it!whoever is running this place please fix the problems at your establishment the service was fast but the product wasn't up to par! Nextime you wanna argue on the phone with someone who stilled tipped you! well think about the reviews that can be left.that effect your establishment!"

If you like Tubby Subshops, this is a good location. Steak and cheese is my way, but I understand that they have many subs that are more popular.

The prices here are extremely high; it's like I need to take out a mortgage just to afford a meal. I think I'll just go to Subway instead, where I can get a bigger sandwich for less money.

Pretty arrogant to park in front of your own restaurant and inconvenience customers, then threaten to tow people who park in these dubiously ?reserved,? spots. Not to mention they are delivering food in a vehicle with no plates...

Came in for a steak and cheese, excellent service from the time I walked in, was greeted by each worker as I approached the register. Gentleman took my order and made the sub quickly. Sub was hot and very tasty, great experience. Thanks guys! View menu

First it is overpriced. Next the cashier isa rude little boy with no manners. Cant understand what a basic hamburger is. He didnt listen and was an . no idra what customer service is. needs to be taught manners and work somewhere else until he learns respect

When I called to discuss this, the guy on the phone argued with me. If he had just refunded the extra $3.50, I wouldn't have felt the need to leave this review. From now on, whenever I'm craving a cheesesteak, I will be going to Lefty’s instead. Although it's not cheap there either, at least they give you a reasonable portion. Additionally, I noticed that I was overcharged. The total shown during my online order was $28.59 after taxes, but my card was charged $31.23.
