My wife and I shared the Friday night special, prime rib. Probably the best prime rib I've ever had. Tender, juicy and flavorful. The service was great as well, they have plenty of servers so they check in with you often. It's not cheap, we only go on special occasions, but we'll definitely go back. We had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Twin Forks last year. Everything was perfect. We again for the one year anniversary dinner and they made a special decorated dessert plate for their celebration. It was beautiful! Party of 5. We waited a long time for our food. One meal came about 15 minutes after the rest of us were served . Server/management comped a meal and dessert and were very apologetic. Brussel sprouts were excellent. Triple flight medallions were very good but would have liked a bigger portion of the potatoes rather than the smidgen they put under each filet. It was a feast for my son who is a mountain climber and deserves to eat amazing meat, which he did as we watched. I had a murdered salmon in front of me, who I was trying to forget, but was reveling in a bottomless coffee pot full of a really robus decaf that was always there when I needed it. Sitting in a graceful, warm room full of people who felt the same way, I was happy and I did not have to cook and I was being taken out by people I love, so I promise if you don't get salmon, you will love this perfect dining room. The outside view is amazing, the menu offerings are incredible if you're a foodie, the quality of the food, strong cocktails, and plate presentation are better than nearly all downtown Denver restaurants, the attentive servers time everything perfectly and you never need to ask for anything, the dessert offerings are decadent perfection. Friendly and professional staff. Some of the best fresh seafood and steak we've had anywhere in the USA. AMAZING GOURMET EXPERIENCE! My friends are the owners of the Twin Fork Tavern and I haven't seen them in years and I came for a surprise visit and enjoy having dinner I'm also a trained chef and trained many chefs in Vegas 20 years and I was very impressed with everything and I have never met a female professional chef that I couldn't out cooked, however after the first time I had dinner there Saturday 26 th 2023) I have to admit that she is amazing and I am proud to say we are friends... I wasn't so pleasantly surprised by a restaurant in a while! I was in the area to help a friend and we all decided to go for dinner later. I found this place on a Google search and it was only 8 minutes away, so we all agreed to give him a shot. On arrival it seemed, as I expected, that it... a modest mountain location, nothing flashy or especially eye on the outside. I thought that was just a nice little standard restaurant embedded in the hills. When I entered, I was amazed how luxurious and uplifted this place was.
