"Wanted to try something different from our usual Little Italy haunts so we thought we 'd give Union St a shot. Place was uncrowded for a Friday night almost ominously so and we were thinking rut roh how come there 's no one here? Turns out we were just a little early and the joint filled up as we were dining. We were invited to sit anywhere and we 're given pretty comprehensive menus with the usual array of burgers and apps as well as quite a few Pasta and Seafood dishes. The server was attentive and pleasant, willing to make suggestions and answer all our questions. My wife ordered the garlic bread cheesesteak and I had the Calamari in white sauce served over linguine. Hers was a nicely flavored and tasty sandwich served with crispy French fries. Mine was a well prepared but maybe a little bland (YMMV) dish with tender Calamari rings (no feet a little disappointing tho not everyone likes the feet). It grew on me as I ate it. It came with a yummy basic salad of crisp lettuce, cukes, and what seemed to be garden tomato. Told the waitress that the salad would prob be eaten mostly by Cathy (I 'm not a big rabbit food fan) so she brought two forks. Cathy remarked that I ate a lot more of it than I usually do. It also came with some very nice garlic knots doughy/chewy/first rate that had a lil red pepper in the mix to give it a little zip. Cold beer good drinks sports bar vibe. The food being served to our neighbors looked pretty good too. Bill was ~50 bucks with tip, so pretty wallet/friendly. Not the place for a romantic tete a tete or a fancy occasion but for an enjoyable casual Friday evening, we 'll be back"

The first time there, I met up with some friends I hadn't seen I a long while for a couple of beers. Didn't stay too long, but it had a great atmosphere.

The wings were absolutely delicious! They were crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. This was my first visit, and I can't wait to return just for the wings!

Another late night gem. service was cool. Cheesesteak was excellent, although the wings could have been tossed in the bbq more thoroughly to fully cover them in bbq but it was good.

Pizza delivered promptly, but cold, cracker thin, dry, tasteless, and barely-topped with any cheese or sauce. Also, very expensive at $40 total for small, terrible pizza after fees and tip. Never again. View menu

I visited for the first time and tried the shrimp Alfredo, and wow, the cream sauce was absolutely delicious! Every bite was full of flavor. I loved the food and the service. I highly recommend Union Street.

This place is way better than it has any right to be. Amazing food. Stuffed shells, Stromboli, cheesesteak, wings...all stellar. Huge portions, high quality ingredients, great prices. Topped off with great specials and amazing service. I can't rave enough about Union Street Pub. View menu

I've visited this restaurant several times, and the service has consistently been lacking, particularly towards people of different ethnic backgrounds. When I inquired about one of the menu items, I received incorrect information multiple times. Additionally, the prices listed on the website do not match those on the menu. They charge an extra $3 for substituting a side dish, and I ended up with the wrong side when I swapped my 1-ounce bag of chips for fries. Honestly, this place feels like a scam. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine dining experience, as it only offers a facade of quality food. If I could, I would confront the owner and chefs directly and have them see t...

"**Service:** We were seated quickly, and while one dish was missing its sauce, the overall service was satisfactory. **Food:** The standout items here are the soups that accompany your meals. There are three options: hot and sour, egg drop, and miso. My husband ordered the Mongolian beef lunch (not pictured), which was meant to be spicy but instead came drenched in a heavy dark sauce that overshadowed the minimal beef slices. I opted for the lunch special sushi, which included two basic rolls. Both were bland in flavor. The rice did not appear to be sushi-grade; some grains were hard, suggesting it had been sitting out for a while, which was surprising since we arrived right at opening time at 11. I also ordered a specialty roll – either the Tuna Supreme or Tuna Tornado (I can’t remember the exact name) – which was supposed to feature tempura tuna with additional tuna on top. Unfortunately, the tempura tuna tasted like canned tuna. My sister ordered the crab Rangoon, which was decent; it had more cream cheese than crab but still tasted good. She also got the Scorpion King roll, which was supposed to contain tempura, but it clearly had been prepared in advance, as it wasn’t even warm. One of my biggest pet peeves with sushi is when the components aren’t made fresh to order. The rice felt old, the tempura was lackluster, and the fish seemed canned. We also ordered the Hamachi Kama, which arrived without ponzu sauce. Traditionally, Hamachi Kama is grilled or broiled, but this version was pan-fried. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but regrettably, I won’t be returning. However, I did notice many customers who seemed to really enjoy their meals."
