"Excellent hidden gem at Croton-on-Hudson. Was not disappointed. Here I thought of giving up on Asian cuisine in Westchester. Here comes Asagao to prove me wrong. Service was excellent and courteous. We had Noah for our table and he was excellent and knowledgeable of the menu. Had the tako yaki and edamame to start. Also tried their miso soup which was excellent. The tako yaki was delicious and so was the Edamame. Had the super dragon roll and 2 pieces of the salmon sushi. I can usually down a few rolls but man do they give you a lot in the specialty rolls. I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu. They also have Ramen which I can't wait to try. Do yourself a favor and head over to this restaurant, you won't be disappointed."

"Got 2 small plates. Both good. Fish tacos and fish and chips for mains. Tacos good. Fish and chips had less fish than tacos. Two very small pieces and warm but not hot. Not worth the price. Service slow. Got there at 6 left at almost 8. Very Long wait for everything, from getting menus to getting the check. When we finally got the check the waiter started talking about the discrepancy between back and front of house. We both thought he was starting to apologize for the long wait between getting our food but no. He was advising of the 18% service tacked onto the bill for the 2 of us that was not noted elsewhere. But that we can certainly add additional and it would be appreciated as they share it. In a nutshell: Food good not special. Avoid the fish and chips in restaurant. Or get it for takeout where the price is less than half. Imho overpriced for the taste/quantity/service. (No pics. We were so hungry from the wait between courses we just ate)."

"This is a great place to take family and friends for ice cream, a small quaint shop in a residential are and the staff are super friendly. My only gripe is they don’t have generic flavors, and while I was excited to try their unique flavors, I was disappointed to learn that they don't offer samples. It's challenging to commit to a full scoop without knowing if you'll enjoy the taste, especially when there are so many intriguing options on the menu. Despite this, the ice cream I chose was creamy and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and helpful in describing the flavors. However, the lack of samples might deter some customers from trying new things. I hope they reconsider this policy in the future to enhance the overall experience."

"I am absolutely disappointed with the service I just received today. First I called and they left me on hold for 9 minutes. I called back and then the lady on the phone wanted me to order fast, I said to hold on for a bit to make sure what else I wanted to order. Then she rudely said to me: ? I don?t have time to hold on? I said: oh so you prefer to loose a customer? She said okay. I totally understand when they are busy, but that?s not the way you should talk to a loyal customer. I really hope the owner can see this review so he can do something about with customer service. It happened today Sunday August 28."
