Fantastic new local Asian Fusion restaurant! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our dinner was delicious, with great presentation and generous portions, all at a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning!

I'm a big fan of sushi and previously lived in California, where the competition is tough when it comes to sushi. This place comes the closest to the best I've ever had. This is definitely the top sushi place in Chester County! Wasabi 2 consistently impresses with their innovative rolls. Each visit, I am greeted with fantastic hospitality and consistently high-quality food. I have never been disappointed. My current favorite is the Dancing Crab Roll. They also offer the Fly Eagle Roll and my new all-time favorite, the Nelly Roll, which includes mango, shrimp tempura, soybean paper, avocado, spicy tuna, crispy eel, and a delicious special mango sauce!

I had to dive right into the Amazing Roll (the piece with the claw) before snapping a photo—I just couldn't resist! This was my first visit to Wasabi2, and it was fantastic. The fish was incredibly fresh and generously portioned. I ordered three rolls: eel and avocado, California, and yellowtail with scallion. I also added a double serving of salmon roe, which was delicious! (You can see it in the third photo, but I didn't tag it). Moving forward, I’ll probably go in person to pick up my orders to avoid the price increase (which I totally understand, given the restaurant's service fees). That said, I felt the price was worth it, and I can’t wait to order from here again!

Overall, the food was tasty, but I was slightly disappointed with the Vegetable Spring Rolls and the Spicy Tuna Roll. The Spicy Tuna Roll had a softer texture than I’m accustomed to with other tuna rolls, which made me unsure about it. As for the spring rolls, they were decent but reminded me more of mini egg rolls than traditional spring rolls. On the bright side, everything was served hot and well-packaged, though I wish the sauces had labels since I'm not very familiar with them and typically stick to cheesesteaks and French fries!
