"We arrived 12 minutes before our reservation and our reservation was given to some others who said yes to our name and were seated under our reservation. The hostesses were apologetic. After 20 minutes beyond our reservation, we were seated in the backroom where a large party was being held. Really loud but we should have expected that on a Saturday. However, the food was good but the chicken piccata was dry and tough. Service was slow."

"UPDATE: I never heard back from the manager or anyone at all. Since I have to work whenever I'm available, I wasn't able to physically drive back there that week. But why wasn't there a note left for the manager about what happened to follow up on this when they got in? This place was really great when it first opened. Speaking from experience as an F&B Hospitality Consultant, I know for a fact that the little issues often ripple out, making bigger problems, which in turn often lead to that restaurant not succeeding. I did really enjoy this in the past.Original post: Why isn't there at least an assistant manager on duty who can take care of problems when they arise? I ordered one thing and it was wrong. Twice ?. The second one I didn't notice until I was all the way back home. I ordered online through the Google Maps app, tapped on Lefty's, and then hit the order online button. I followed the prompts, made sure NOT TO ADD ANY ONIONS, then added a side of curly fries, paid online with a credit card, and went to pick it up. The price was different than what I had on my screen, and I didn't think it was mine because of that. It turned out to be mine, though. I left, got a little bit down the road, and found no fries, only mozzarella sticks (they make me sick). I turned around, got my fries after a minute, and went home. Only to find mass amounts of onions mixed into the cheese and meat. I tried to dig them out and gave up. I don't know about you, but once you've dug your fingers all through something like this, it's a nope for me. I'm not into finger food that's cold because you had to dig your fingers through it in order to make it correctly. Now, I have to spend more of my time and resources to drive up there and hopefully get this fixed? That's if I have time. Let us hope that the employee I spoke with leaves a note for the manager. Idk what happened in the past so many months, but it's not what it was when it opened."

"I recently hosted a birthday party for around 15 people, and I must say that the service was outstanding from the moment I made the reservation until the event concluded. The manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food and service were both excellent. They even allowed us to store an ice cream cake in their freezer and brought it out with lit candles, along with forks and a knife for cutting. The staff was truly wonderful. My only suggestion would be to create a beer menu. I will definitely be returning for future events!"

"I ordered delivery this time, opting for the falafel bowl. Unfortunately, I was disappointed as I frequent this restaurant often and usually enjoy the bowls. However, this time the falafel was overcooked and hard, making it inedible. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of cabbage and pickles compared to rice, which was also not enjoyable. I ended up hungry and $20.00 poorer, as the portion size seemed smaller than when dining in-person. I am giving this experience 3 stars, as I have had better meals here before and wonder if it was just a fluke. I recommend maintaining consistency in the quality of the dishes offered. Good vegetarian options are available."
