"The donut holes were a tad sweet, which is understandable given the abundance of sprinkles. The turkey wrap was delicious, although it had a hint of onion flavor that I could have done without. Nonetheless, I would definitely order it again. I opted to try the sauces on the side instead of inside the wrap to determine my favorite. As for the coffee, I got it with two pumps of caramel. At first, it was just right, but after a while, it became a little too sweet for my liking. Overall, everything was enjoyable, and I would certainly get it again! <3"

The donuts I ordered were quite disappointing; they were merely the plain, basic kinds—nothing special or unique about them. I thought I'd give it another try in hopes of a better experience, but unfortunately, it was just as underwhelming as before.

This place is pretty nice. I stopped in for a coffee on my way to work, and everything was good. However, I can't give it five stars because the restrooms have been closed to the public every time I've visited. When I asked about it, the staff always provided the same excuse, which felt insincere. To me, this shows a lack of proper appreciation for customers.

I'm sorry to report that the customer service at this establishment is lacking. I visited tonight and specifically requested certain donuts, but a heavyset female employee simply picked out whatever she preferred instead. When I questioned her about it, she responded rudely, suggesting that if I didn't want the donuts she gave me, I should just stay home. This was extremely disrespectful. I come here for the delicious donuts, but it seems this employee doesn't know how to treat customers well.
