(First time I ever recall being charged for tea at a DC Chinese restaurant). There are several better choices on the same block (Chinatown Express and TheNew Big Wong come to mind)."

This is an excellent spot for groups of people in their early twenties. The atmosphere can get quite loud with the hip-hop and pop club music playing. However, the sushi is fairly priced and delicious.
