"Reservation? What reservation? We had a reservation, they acknowledged. We arrived 10 minutes ahead of our time. Six other parties arrived AFTER we did. Several parties were already waiting. We were the absolute last ones to receive a table. I talked to the person at the check in stand and they straight out lied to me telling me that one of the parties was only 2 people and The Barn had tables that accomodated only two people. She must think I 'm an idiot. I walked the floor, looked for ANY table that only served two people and found not one. In addition the party that was sat before has had four members not two. I do not appreciate being lied to. I mentioned this and she just shrugged her shoulders admitting she was caught in a iie. We were finally seated 25 minutes after our reservation time. In addition the food is just pathetic. We used to come here regularly and were happy with the food, service, and ambiance. Total epic failure.. The food was either undercooked, overcooked, cold, or just plain bad. About the only things that were close to edible was the waffles and pastries which you could tell were store bought. This establishment has gone down hill considerably; we will not be back. Sidenote, the wife who never complains about anything stated as soon as we were outside that was a sad experience. We 'll be letting people know."

"The service was impressively fast; within just five minutes of placing our order, our server began bringing out the appetizers. In only 15 minutes, all the food was served and placed on the table! Considering we ordered quite a variety, that was quite impressive. Our selections included: - Crab Rangoons - Salt and Pepper Calamari - Beef Satay with Peanut Sauce and Vinegar - Seafood Basil - House Lo Mein - General Tso's Chicken - Spicy Pot of Gold - Tiramisu Each dish was excellent in quality and execution, although my dad thought the General Tso's Chicken was a touch too crispy for his liking. The portions were generous for lunch, providing more than enough food. The calamari tasted fresh, was cooked perfectly so it wasn't overly chewy, and the batter was just right. My Spicy Pot of Gold was incredibly flavorful, and the Beef Satay was well-seasoned, perfectly grilled, and delicious. Lunch prices averaged around $9 to $10, which is an excellent value. Overall, our table gives it eight thumbs up!"

"I?m leaving this review because I think there?s room for improvement and because I?m a bit confused as well. There might be a lack of consistency with the menu in this location. The first time I ordered a Mocha Ice dragon the drink had a rich dark browncolor, tasted like chocolate, as it should, and on top of the cream it had a drizzle of chocolate. A week later I ordered thesame drink, a Mocha Ice Dragon, and the drink looked and tasted completely different, just like caramel. Today I came back, Itried to tell the employee about what happened with my previous order of Mocha Ice Dragon, she was polite but at the same timea bit dismissive. The drink once again didn?t look like my first order of Mocha Ice Dragon, once again it was a light shade ofbeige and no chocolate at all. If Sweetwaters changed the recipe for the Mocha Ice Dragon that was a bad call. The richchocolate flavor was much better. And if the issue is that the employees don?t know what a mocha drink is, I think the managershould offer better training. I?m adding photos to help illustrate my review."

"Absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor! The staff is very friendly and the service was prompt on both of my visits. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable, especially for New Albany. For anyone who might be interested, my first visit was on a Friday evening, which featured live music. While I’m not particularly into that, it seemed like everyone else was having a great time."

"This place consistently delivers excellent food. In my opinion, they have the best bowls I've ever had. I absolutely love it! It's tough to recommend just one option because I enjoy every single one I've tried. If you're in the mood for something sweet, the Açaí Nutella bowl is fantastic. If you'd rather skip the chocolate, the booster bowl is amazing as well. Honestly, I've tried so many, and they’re all outstanding!"
