"I?m leaving this review because I think there?s room for improvement and because I?m a bit confused as well. There might be a lack of consistency with the menu in this location. The first time I ordered a Mocha Ice dragon the drink had a rich dark browncolor, tasted like chocolate, as it should, and on top of the cream it had a drizzle of chocolate. A week later I ordered thesame drink, a Mocha Ice Dragon, and the drink looked and tasted completely different, just like caramel. Today I came back, Itried to tell the employee about what happened with my previous order of Mocha Ice Dragon, she was polite but at the same timea bit dismissive. The drink once again didn?t look like my first order of Mocha Ice Dragon, once again it was a light shade ofbeige and no chocolate at all. If Sweetwaters changed the recipe for the Mocha Ice Dragon that was a bad call. The richchocolate flavor was much better. And if the issue is that the employees don?t know what a mocha drink is, I think the managershould offer better training. I?m adding photos to help illustrate my review."

The latte was fantastic! The chocolate croissant was massive, and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it tasted like it had been sitting next to ham in the display case for a month. It was unappetizing, and I couldn't bring myself to eat it.

Not bad, but stay away from the front when it's cold out. Staff was more interested in themselves than the customers. Overall not bad.Dietary restrictions: They will make your sandwich to order if you ask. Got a keto friendly bacon, egg, ham and cheese. No bread. View menu

Thid coffee House serves a good cup of coffee and lattes. It has a pleasant atmosphere to read books or do crossword puzzles as I did. The staff is friendly and efficient. The background music is not too loud like many establishments. The chairs couldprobably be a little bit softer. I have not tried the pastries but they look good

I’ve been looking for an alternative to a chain coffee brand that I’m boycotting, and I was a bit hesitant since I tend to stick with what I know. Now, I have no regrets—if only I had made the switch sooner! Sweetwater serves the best coffee I've had in years, and it's far more flavorful than the big chain options. I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed a peppermint mocha latte topped with cream, and it was absolutely delicious! I also tried a pre-made egg and cheese croissant, which they heated up for me. It’s a lovely spot for coffee, tea, and breakfast sandwiches. There was plenty of seating available, along with a drive-thru window. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!

"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Date visited: 11/11/2023 During a weekend excursion to the vibrant city of Columbus, I seized the opportunity to indulge my palate in the diverse and rich flavors of Indian cuisine at Aab India Restaurant. Accompanied by my dining companion, KK, our culinary escapade unfolded with the promise of an extraordinary dining experience. Arriving just before noon, we found the exterior of Aab India unassuming, a subtle facade that betrayed little of the culinary marvels concealed within. The challenge of parking, however, proved a minor detour on our quest for gastronomic bliss. Having secured a spot in the Big Lot parking lot down the street, we waited outside, eagerly anticipating the moment when the doors would swing open to reveal the warmth and aromatic allure that awaited us. As the clock struck 12, the portal to this culinary haven opened, and we eagerly sought refuge from the brisk autumn air. A gracious staff member ushered us to a neatly arranged table, allowing my companion to peruse the menu while I immersed myself in the restaurant's ambiance. The interior unfolded with systematic organization—tables optimized for space, a bar counter adorned with a curated collection hinting at a storied history, and at the far end, a buffet counter laden with an enticing array of Indian culinary treasures. The decor, an elegant fusion of warmth and antiquity, transported diners to a bygone era. With its antique-inspired ceiling, floor, and furnishings, Aab India exuded an authenticity that promised an immersive dining experience. The warm color palette and tantalizing aroma further heightened the anticipation, especially as I imagined the ambiance taking on a magical allure as daylight gave way to night. Choosing the all-you-can-eat buffet, we joined a queue that mirrored our eagerness to explore the Indian culinary landscape. Labels adorned each tray, providing glimpses into the myriad dishes that awaited us. My plate became a canvas for a symphony of flavors—a scoop of herbal basmati rice, curry that was a departure from the familiar Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, fresh vegetables, and a dessert whose uniqueness intrigued my senses. Returning to our table, the first bites were revelations. The curry, a choreography of spices, danced on my palate, and the naan bread, while exemplary on its own, ascended to sublime heights when dipped in the curry. KK, fully immersed in the experience, relished basmati rice, Chicken Tikka, and an assortment of vegetables with evident delight. In the midst of our culinary reverie, an attentive waitress graced our table, ensuring our glasses remained filled. A managerial or culinary presence, keen on enhancing our experience, paid a gracious visit, adding a personal touch to our culinary journey. Our senses satiated and the ambiance savored, we lingered a while before bidding adieu to the burgeoning crowd. Overwhelmed by the newfound popularity, we settled the bill, generously tipping for the delightful fare and attentive service—a mere $16 per person, a paltry sum for the culinary symphony we had indulged in. Overall, Aab India Restaurant emerges as an unparalleled gem in the culinary scene of Columbus. A haven for those seeking not just a meal but a gastronomic journey, it stands as a testament to the alluring wonders of Indian cuisine. As I departed, the promise echoed—an assurance that whenever Columbus beckons, Aab India will be my chosen sanctuary for an encore of extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality."
