"I normally am a Ziggy’s lover and enjoy many things on the menu over the years. I have been going to Ziggy’s periodically throughout the summers, including Sunday nights. Tonight, I knew they closed at 9pm so I made sure to go before they closed. I arrived and was in line behind 1 person with OVER a half hour before closing time. I ordered a flurry, but to my surprise the girl behind the window blatantly stated they were no longer making flurries tonight. With more than 30 minutes before closing??Ridiculous! I just ended up ordering something I didn’t really want. While I was waiting, I noticed the staff was making a flurry for the man who ordered RIGHT before me!!! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Throughout the summer I have gone at the same day at the same time and have never had an issue. Other people who were in line to order after me just ended up leaving because they also wanted flurries. I was excited to go one more time before they close for the winter next week, but I am definitely not going anymore. In my opinion, they should serve what is on their menu until the actual closing time. So, if you go somewhat near closing time, be prepared to not be able to get what you want. Such a disappointment to say the least."

I absolutely love Ziggy's! I've been visiting this place for over 20 years. I went recently, and I'm happy to report that they still have my favorite chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream, featuring chunks of peanut butter. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy ice cream on those warm summer days and nights.

I took my daughters after school for a 1st day treat and had issues with my card. They not only politely insisted I didn't make the trip back with cash, but cheerily served us. It was a breath of super fresh air to have such a pleasant experience in today's day and age. Ziggys has been our go-to since moving to Grand Blanc and will continue to be!
