"I understand that businesses can get busy and may overlook things occasionally, and I usually try to let it slide. However, I placed an online order for pickup at 12:35, but didn’t receive my order until around 12:50. I had ordered a sub for someone else and a salad for myself, using a reward for the salad. I customized both items, and the changes were reflected on my receipt. Unfortunately, I had to hurry back to work, so I couldn't check my order before leaving. The sandwich was fine, but my salad was completely wrong. It feels like every time I visit this location, something goes amiss with my order, and it seems like the staff doesn’t really care. At this point, I probably won’t be coming back. Paying $20 for a salad that I didn’t receive, along with a bag of chips and a sandwich, is just too much when the order is incorrect."
