"Why is this restaurant still in business? I visited for lunch and immediately regretted it. The hand-written signs and unappetizing food were a major turn-off. The mashed potatoes were watery, the cornbread was cold, the spinach tasted off, the chicken lacked flavor, and the sweet tea was not sweet at all. I used to enjoy Boston Market, but this experience was terrible. The server was nice, but I won't be returning. I was hesitant to eat the food and felt like I wasted my money. The presentation was poor, resembling food from a gas station. The packaging was plain and didn't reflect Boston Market's branding at all. I will never eat here again. This location is likely headed for closure."
